We rented the condo from Lee for the Memorial Day week. I had high expectations for this stay due to the reviews I had heard from friends and after a brief tour of the facility a couple of years back. Well, my expectations were met and then some. This condo is very well maintained, extremely clean, and very roomy. Check in was a breeze but the wait for the elevators were a bit long due to the huge amount of people there for the week (and 1 out of order). The staff at the facility was very helpful and courteous. Parking was a bit confusing. I just drove up to the 12th floor and would go up from there. No problem. Condo is loaded with all the needed amenities for cooking, coffee making, washing clothes. All the linens were nice and well kept. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. King bed in Master, twin beds in the second bedroom and a daybed in the half bath hall. The sofa also opens I think but we didn't need it. Nice flat screen TV's as well. The wrap around balcony is very nice. Can see the pool area and the gulf from 20 floors up. The balcony is very large as well. Plenty of room up there. I could have just stayed on it the whole week with the breeze in my hair looking out over the gulf. I loved every day of the stay as we had great weather and place to stay. Only very mild gripe I had about the place is the elevator situation. It's a long wait as rush times in the mornings and evenings but may have been due to a couple of units out of service for maintenance. All other times its a non issue. I highly recommend this condo for a vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this unit for Spring Break 2011 & had the time of our lives. This unit has everything your heart could need including an awesome view 20 floors up. Check in was a breeze, all the paper work was ready and waiting when we arrived. The furniture is beautiful a touch of the coast in every room and layed out well. The owner is the greatest to work with & I thank him for allowing me and my two children the chance to enjoy our time together here. He even called on check out day to say hello & to see how everything was ( this ment alot).I hope to get the chance to rent again soon.
