Thank you for a relaxing long weekend-get-away with breath taking views. The rain limited our views until our last full day, but the lodge kept us entertained and cozy. The weather was just right to use the gas logs. The lodge has everything you can think of from a fully stocked kitchen, board games, dishnet and tvs, hot tub, chimney on the deck, and more. Ductown, TN was close by for shopping at the Piggly Wiggly, and we enjoyed eating at Brother's Copper Kettle. Herbs Bar-b-que and Murphy's Chopshop are also great places to eat within the area. Kevin's assistance with booking and other information was GREAT! Thanks to Kevin and Steve for sharing your wonderful lodge with us.

Thank you for a terrific mountain experience. Down here in the flatlands of Florida we get pretty excited when a something besides an Interstate bridge rises more than 10 feet above sea level. Your mountain views sure beat that. They are breathtaking. Our stay was short, but we packed in plenty of fun with visits to family and friends, white-water rafting, Dry Falls (amazing!, near Franklin), Fields of the Wood, Wagonmasters Park, Hiwasee Dam, and (most enjoyable) staying in your luxurious mountain home. Your accomodations are wonderful!

Thanks Kevin and Steve for a wonderful week in the mountains! Our group consisted of three couples, a 12 year old "adult" and two large dogs. Each of us enjoyed our time at Wolf's Peak and the owners were very helpful with information before, during and after our stay. Wolf's Peak is big, and just as described, if not better! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the dining table for eight was big enough for our group to gather for meals. The guest suite is huge and is like an efficiency apartment with king sized bed, sofa AND love seat, big TV and its own private deck. The view is absolutely outstanding, and there's plenty of seating for all on the deck. We enjoyed coffee there every morning and watched the sunrise, with clouds below us. The location was great for us, between all our activities which were rafting the Ocoee, boating on Lake Hiwassee, zipling at Nantahala, Tail of the Dragon and many long walks on Wolf Mountain. Our best vacation in years!

The cabin was very nice and clean. I was hoping for a view and boy, I sure got it. I thought that the deck was very roomy with plenty of seating. The cabin is very accessible with a small 2 wheel vehicle. We were a little further from Murphy than I expected, but that was okay. There is a grocery store coming toward McCayesville. It had all of the creature comforts that you would need, and then some. We will hopefully go back.

This cabin went above and beyond my expectations. I could not get over the AMAZING view! We were able to enjoy sunrises & sunsets from the livingroom (and most bedrooms). We were even lucky enough to see snow from the comfort of the roomy hot tub. There are even towel warmers in two of the bathrooms. This cabin is the perfect blend of old country charm and new amenities, such as 3 flat screen TVs and a 5 disk DVD player. The photos of the cabin do not do it justice...it is better! I found the owners answered all questions in a prompt manner and was very easy to speak with. I will recomment this property to ANYONE. The only thing I would change was my lenght of stay :) We hope to make it a week long stay next time.

We had such a great time staying at Wolf's Peak Lodge. It was much more then hoped for. The home is very well decorated and you feel right at home on arrival. Everything you could possibly want or need for your stay is there. The view is incredible, so much so you do not need to go anywhere to enjoy your vacation, just sit on the porch and soak it all in, every day is a different view. Being located so close to Murphy and Blue Ridge, as well as other points of interest, makes it easy to do daily outings. There are plenty of local, 1 hour or 2 hour drive destinations for things to do. The owner provided plenty of information in the book, which is located in the entrance way of the home, to get you pointed in the right direction and was very pleasant to work with and more than happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Wolf’s Peak Lodge for your next vacation; I know I will be back. I believe they thought of everything necessary for a great vacation get-a-way and a pleasant memory.

I can definitely recommend Wolf's Peak Lodge - we have stayed there twice, once for a week and we also just finished a month stay. Its great for pets and good for older kids. About midway between Blue Ridge, GA and Murphy, NC - there is a ton of stuff to do within 30mins. Very close to the Ocoee river and whitewater rafting. The place is huge so its a good value for the money. I worked remotely from the lodge and the high-speed internet was flawless. The community is quiet and secluded, and the roads are good so getting in and out is still easy. The owners were very responsive to questions. Words and pictures do not do justice to the fantastic view.

We have stayed at Wolf's Peak for the last several years and really enjoy it. The view of the mountains is phenomenal and ever changing. The Lodge is fabulous, roomy and comfy. Love the hummingbirds, and the fresh supply of mint growing on the porch :) We will be returning this year and hopefully for many years to come. Thanks, to Kevin for sharing his wonderful piece of heaven.

We three sisters needed a weekend getaway & this was the place! We did not even turn on a radio or TV – we just relaxed, drank wine and talked the whole weekend plus a little antique and flea market browsing. Merciers was a cool place to stop; Ate at Doyle’s – the crab cakes were the best. Thanks ! Judy, Sue & Jan

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Wolf's Peak Lodge. We enjoyed watching the fog in the valleys with long range layered mountains views. Not only did the great room have this view, but also the master and loft bedrooms. The view was to the southeast so the mornings were often colorful. The lodge was close to the top of the mountain yet the road up was not steep, was very smooth, and was wide enough to easily pass another vehicle. We are looking forward to returning soon.
