This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath Ocean House will feel just like home with all the luxuries and amenities it has to offer you and your family! We can comfortably sleep 14-16 guests and all bedrooms come with tv, full cable and dvd player! All bed linens and bathtowels are provided! Free Wi-Fi!
The Master Gulf King Suite (bedroom 1) located upstairs, features a luxurious king size bed, a private deck with fantastic views of the Gulf and Beach, sitting area, and a 20" flatscreen tv. Relax with your morning coffee or a good book and enjoy some peace! This suite also offers its own large private bathroom, and huge walk-in closet. The beach house was wonderful. The beach was oil free, the last few days of our stay the ocean was so calm and crystal clear. You could see dolphins by just sitting on the beach. We had a great time while we were there hated to leave. Looking foward to next year already.

Hi Rose, Just wanted to check in with you to let you know that we are having a great time at the beach house. Except for a couple of rain showers every now and then everything is beautiful here. The beaches and ocean are clean and free of oil and the air is fine as well. you can not smell anything in it except the wonderful smell of the beach. The beach house is very nice and stocked with everything you need. There is no sign of the oil being a problem in this area. I would tell your upcoming guest to Please do not let rumors of otherwise deture you from continuing with your plans to visit Gulf Shores. -Jonathan Campbell-

Hi Rose,Just wanted to say thank for a wonderful stay last week! We had NO oil issues at all...would't know it was going on if you didn't watch the news. The house was great! We had 3 families with a total of 12 people and had no issues the house was plenty big. The beach cart/toys and pool stuff was great..really made things nice. We were concerned with sharing the pool and that was not an issue either. All in all it was a great time! Thanks again!

Rose, We had a wonderful time at Sugar Sands! We stayed in # 5 and it was wonderful! There was so much room! You can fit a pack-and-play in the upstairs hallway closet (it has an air conditioning vent in it) and the master bedroom has a massive closet that is like another room (it also has a vent too). We did not have a single day of rain and there was NO OIL in sight!! The waves were fabulous. It was so nice to be able to walk out the door and be at the pool or beach! Being so close to town was great too. We all agreed that we had the best area as far as not a lot of crowd, yet still really close to town! Also, the lagoon is just literally around the corner. There is also a public dock down the street (turn right onto 13th street and then take your 1st left and it's just beyond the rope in the dead end). My nephew caught a TON of different fish off that dock and it was within walking distance! 5/8-5/16/2010 ~Michelle Ballard

What a beautiful house. It is decorated so we all felt at home.Everything we needed was there. The house is very well maintained. Rose is a joy to work with and extremely helpful. We had a great time. Did not want to leave.

Hi Rose, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying in your condo during spring break. It was perfect for our group of ten. Nice and peaceful and more than enough room to hang out together comfortably. A couple of the kids preferred the loft "hippy room" to a bedroom!
