"SugarSands" Ocean House has full views of the gulf from most all angles and is just a few steps across West Beach Blvd to a spacious groomed beautiful beach access! We provide 8 beach loungers, umbrellas, beach cart, cooler and toys for your use and convenience during your stay.
Not only are you right there at the beach, "Sugar Sands" is part of a private Beach House community consisting of 3 private units. A brand new full size underground saline pool is right on the property with ample patio areas! You can relax at the pool while still enjoying views of the Gulf and beach! "SugarSands" comes complete with everything you need to have the vacation of your dreams! Gas grill and private outdoor shower complete with hot water are also there for your use!
This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath Ocean House will feel just like home with all the luxuries and amenities it has to offer you and your family! We can comfortably sleep 14-16 guests and all bedrooms come with tv, full cable and dvd player! All bed linens and bathtowels are provided! Free Wi-Fi!
The Master Gulf King Suite (bedroom 1) located upstairs, features a luxurious king size bed, a private deck with fantastic views of the Gulf and Beach, sitting area, and a 20" flatscreen tv. Relax with your morning coffee or a good book and enjoy some peace! This suite also offers its own large private bathroom, and huge walk-in closet. The walk-in closet is large enough to house a small child in a crib. (crib not provided)
Lagoon King Suite #2 (bedroom 2) located on the main floor, features a luxurious king size bed with a Memory Foam Mattress,... comfort at its best!! Also enjoy your own private deck with views of the Lagoon, full bath and a 15" flatscreen tv!
Queen Suite (bedroom 3) located upstairs, features a beautiful queen bed, large closet and deck with views of the Lagoon & Gulf!

Bunk Bed Loft (bedroom 5) located upstairs features 2 sets of bunks beds! The bottom of one bunked is a full size futon converting to bed or couch! Perfect for the kids to getaway to play games and watch movies!
The huge Family Room/Kitchen/Dining Area is 25 ft x 40 ft !! Offering plenty of seating and elbow room for all guests!

We can provide Concierge Services for you! Do you need to be picked up from the airport? Need crib or additional beach chairs? Groceries delivered for you? Rose, Our entire family had a WONDERFUL time this past week at Sugarsands II. As I stated before we even arrived, you had already created a wonderful experience. I am in the service industry and I can honestly say you provided an EXCELLENT Service Experience during the booking and up to our arrival at Sugarsands II. Never at any time did I not feel fully informed about how we were to proceed with our stay. Your constant email communication was outstanding. You even went the extra mile to provide directions two or three days before we departed! I have already and will continue to recommended Sugarsands II to anyone! The house if fantastic, the pool is wonderful and you can literally walk to the ocean in less than 2 minutes from the front door. The location is great, there are no big high rise condo units to block a beautiful view of the ocean or create a crowded feel on the beach! Thanks again, and we are so happy we have already booked Sugarsands II for 2010....we can't wait!! Sincerely, Matt Mitchell
