The 1BR/1BA Cobalt Door is one of our four apartments in the middle of everything in Marfa. It a classic old Marfa adobe building retaining original touches while updated with Ikea and more for your comfort.
The key to our colored door apartments is location, location, location. You are in the heart of Marfa's gallery district. The Get Go Specialty Grocery is across the street. Restaurants, coffee shops, the Marfa Book Company, and the Saturday morning (April-Dec.) farmer's market are within two blocks. You can come to Marfa and never use your car.
Enjoy your visit to the world's most stunning installations of seminal American minimalists Donald Judd and Dan Flavin, among others, set in the high desert splendor of West Texas's mountains. Take side trips to Chinati Hot Springs, Big Bend National and State Parks, and the Mexican border town of Ojinaga.
And at night, enjoy dining at the Blue Javelina, Maiya's and--coming in May--Tom and Toshi's new restaurant. Our friends have moved to Marfa after their Michelin star-rated New York restaurant success, Etats Unis. Their Marfa venture promises to delight you.
