This unit is perfect for either 1 or 2 couples. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. With a full kitchen, a living room with cable TV, a pool, and ocean views you don't even need to leave. But if you want to venture out there are 4 bar/restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous beaches and surf breaks.

I have stayed at this condo on a couple of occasions when I vacation in Rincon. It is one of the most laid back, no hassle vacations I have taken in years. Tom was completely helpful in assisting with the arrangements and assuring everything was set up for our arrival, including detailed directions of not only how to get to the place but getting in the gate to the parking lot. The development itself was clean, quiet, and a convenient to local hangouts and the beach. The views from both the roof top deck and pool make you never want to leave, and invite complete relaxation. I personally do not do laundry when on vacation, but did see washer and dryer downstairs. As a note, cell service is sporadic, but did find that to be the case throughout most of rincon (but to be honest was welcomed to only be available to the real world on occasion). If you are looking for a great, relaxing, escape I would definitely recommend this place. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
