This well-maintained, top floor unit is located at the end of Main Street in beautiful Frisco within minutes of world-class ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin, Loveland) that offer year-round recreational activities. It overlooks Mount Royal, Ten Mile Creek and the Vail-Breckenridge bike path.

The condo will comfortably accomodate 6-7 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, VCR/DVD, access to a deck with a gas grill, a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has two queen beds, cable TV, VCR/DVD and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and amazing views of Mount Royal. The light, bright and open kitchen-dining-family room area has a gas fireplace and is well equipped with all the comforts of home. The family room has vaulted ceilings with skylights and a queen-size pullout sofa bed. Also included is a covered parking garage with ski lockers and clubhouse with hot tub and sauna.
A FREE shuttle bus stops right in front of the condo and takes you anywhere you want to go in Summit county. The condo is located within an easy walking distance to shopping, many restaurants and Lake Dillon Marina. Come enjoy a vacation in Colorado’s playground – Summit County!

  • There was enough room for all 7 of us to move freely about. They had thought of everything, from laundry detergent to condiments in the fridge, not to mention a few little chocolates in the cupboard....and coffee!! Whew! We didn't have to rush out to the store for little things and it was such a relief!! It was meticulously clean and organized. Whatever we needed was there. Movies, puzzles, games, cards, we even used the backpack you left in the closet! (I forgot mine!) It was a treat to stay at such a nice, clean place, we would go again and have talked about it!! Thank you so much!

  • We had a great time!!! The condo is wonderful - you have thought of everything. It was so nice to have some supplies available there, so we didn't have to rush to the store. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient to downtown, and had lots of space. THANKS!!
