Our home is located in the quiet, sought after Windwood Bay development. Situated just off Ronald Regan Parkway between the I-4 and Orange Blossom Trail, 10 minutes south of Disney. Nearby is the upmarket Champions Gate area with its two fabulous 18 hole golf courses, a comprehensive range of stores including a Publix supermarket, Walgreens and numerous restaurants. Not forgetting the Omni Hotel & Spa for a relaxing massage or a spot of pampering.
This luxury single storey villa offers all the comforts of home with plenty of space to relax. Take a cooling dip in the privacy our pool or relax and unwind after a day in the parks in your very own spa.
Our kitchen is centrally located with everything you could possibly need - dishwasher/ microwave/full size cooker/fridge freezer/coffee maker/electric kettle and much more. The washing machine and drier is located in the utility room which leads through into the double garage. Two lounge areas offer a place to relax and a family area with cable TV, DVD player, CD/radio/tape player, plus both formal and casual dining facilities.
The home has two double bedrooms each with ensuite facilities. One of these has a king-size bed, a large walk in closet with a wall safe, bedside cabinets and a dresser, TV, and a walk in shower as well as a bath tub in the bathroom. The second double bedroom has a large closet, bedside cabinets and a dresser and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Two twin bedrooms offer twin beds, large closets, bedside cabinets and dressers and share the third bathroom with bath and shower over.
All the bedrooms have lights fitted to the ceiling fans as well as bed side lamps.
The house sits on a corner plot which makes it wider at the rear, and as the ground slopes away behind the house there is extra privacy all around the pool area. Our large screened in pool faces south west, is equipped with a patio table and chairs and two sun loungers. Enjoy a drink beside the pool or just relax in the sun. Our six-person spa is easy to use and a child-proof fence keeps the kiddies safe.
