Location: Sourdeval, Lower-Normandy, France, Europe (Countryside - Only 1 hour to the beach and 3 hours to Paris)

Accommodations:  Farmhouse, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 6)

Situated in a small hamlet about 7 km from Sourdeval in the department of Manche. Previously used to make the local stoneware and now converted to sleep 6 in comfort.

As you enter the building you will notice the low beamed ceilings in the open plan sitting area (with wood burning fire), dining room and kitchen.

On the next floor there are two bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double, plus the bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Carry on up to the next floor and find a large double bedroom with its own sitting area.

There is an outside terrace for enjoying the country air, and the property is situated in a very quiet area away from cars and noise. There is a bar-b-que, table and 6 chairs for your use. There is a very large lawn area with trees and a swing bed. There is also a hard standing for two vehicles.

This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.

Deposit to be sent at time of booking. Balance to be paid in full
one month prior to rental date. Price includes gas for cooking.
Electricity is extra and subtracted from the deposit.
Linen can be provided if required, for a small charge.
