Our condo is located in the Town Pointe Condominiums, 1000 Park Avenue adjacent to Park Station. Built in 2002, they are one of the newest in Historic District of Old Town Park City. Walk 1 block to where all the action is on Park City’s Main Street & hop on the ski lift or enjoy the best in world-class restaurants, galleries & shopping.
Interior Features . . .
The interior of our condo is custom painted, offers dimmable recessed lighting throughout, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, solid Alder wood cabinets with black wrought iron hardware, black-front appliances and is fully stocked. Relax in front of the cozy stone-hearth gas fireplace, from the milky-soft chocolate leather sofa that converts to a very comfortable pull-out sleeper mattress that sleeps 2 adults. Floor-to-ceiling custom solid mahogany louvers offers privacy when you want it and when you don't, slide them to the corners & open up the views of skiers coming down the mountain. There are TV's in all 3 bedrooms and one in the living room with a DVD player. Stay connected, if you must, through Free Wireless Internet. There is a ski/board rack in the entry foyer for 6+ and the entry closet has plenty of shelves for boots, and even an electric outlet to plug in a boot dryer. There are plenty of hooks, shelves, drawers for all your gear, hats, gloves, goggles and stuff.
The Deck Spa . . .
After a fabulous day of pounding the moguls, carving the knee deep powder, navigating the steeps & trees, riding the rails & stoking the pipe. . . or whatever floats your boat, there's nothing like coming home to the steamy bubblin' hot tub for 4 on the deck! This one overlooks the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.
A Special Benefit
Club Lespri, our Property Manager, is a World Class Boutique Inn, Dining, Wellness and Recreational Facility located about a mile (a great morning or anytime walk down the bike trail) featuring an Exclusive Private Club. As a rental guest, I have provided a special benefit for you. You will be provided a Temporary Membership at check in. This membership will provide you access to the Club Lespri amenities for the duration of your stay in Park City. The Club then becomes your Park City community.
Amenities at Club Lespri include the ability to hold meetings or private functions in the richly appointed surroundings of The Board Room, access to Park City's finest “Private Club” dining experience in Cellars Prime Steak & Spirits Restaurant (which is only for the local & guest membership and not open to the public), a Rain Spa featuring "Naturopathica" products, if you would like to “treat yourself” to a facial or therapeutic massage. But the best feature, is that you have guest privileges to Club Lespri’s Fully Equipped Fitness Center. Club Lespri's Fitness Facilities features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment. This has been a great hit with VRBO guests, especially in the off season.
Car. . . Not Required!
If you drive or rent a car, park it underground in the assigned parking spot & take the elevator to the unit level.
If you are planning to get a shuttle van from the Salt Lake City Airport, it’s a breeze! All the Resort Shuttle Services are right at the airport baggage claim. For about $35/pp each way, you and all your baggage & gear will be loaded on to the shuttle van and in a short 30 minute drive up Rte 80, you will be taken right to Club Lespri for check-in & to pick up keys and then continued about a mile away to The Town Pointe Condominiums where the driver backs right up to the underground elevator door, unloads your bags into the elevator and all you have to do is push the button. 1 floor up and you are at your condo.
The Free Park City Transit stop is on Park Avenue visible from the condo deck. It’s about 100 feet away. Busses come about every 10 minutes or so to take you to any 3 of Utah’s World-Class Ski Resorts: Park City Mountain Resort , Deer Valley Resort & The Canyons Resort as well as Utah Olympic Park, Redstone Village (Park City’s newest planned village known as Park City’s “other” Main Street), Tanger Outlets (over 60 brand name outlet stores). The Transit Bus runs continuously with several routes that stop at grocery stores, state liquor stores, movie theaters, ski shops, outlet shops & virtually everywhere in Park City Valley. Don’t forget to go tubing at Soldiers Hollow or Park City Tubing Park both within 20 minutes by shuttle or car. It’s great fun!

Why the Owner Chose Town Pointe
The location is perfect! I like to be right in the center of everything when I vacation. The Park City Transit stop is right outside our door at Park Avenue. The buses run every 10 minutes and go everywhere. Park City has the "Greatest Snow On Earth" and reeealy "Rocks in the Summer"!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This year, we changed our property management company to Club Lespri Property Management. We did this for 2 reasons. Lespri provides a “House Manager” assigned to me who is the “go-to” person for me and for our guests when they stay at our condo. This has been a great asset to me since I’m on the East Coast and to visiting guests.
Secondly, when we come to Park City, we usually visit for 2-4 weeks. We wanted to have a fitness center and spa available to us for times that we don't hit the slopes or golf course. The Park City chairlift for Main Street. This chairlift is only a block up from our condo. You can buy lift tickets right there. Nicest feature is that there is never a lift line and you never have to
Just a block down the walking trail is this World Class skate board and blade park where many of the biggest names in skate boarding hang out and practice. It's THE place for teens to twenties to be.
This is the Snow Park Base at Deer Valley Resort otherwise known as "Lower Deer Valley". It's only about 2 miles from our condo and about a 15 minute bus trip to the #1 Rated Ski Resort by Ski Magazin
The Silver Lake base of Deer Valley Resort takes a little longer to travel to by bus (25 mins). Starting at Snow Park and working your way over will maximize your ski time. Sooo much powder... sooo li
The Canyons Ski Resort is a destination you definitely want to spend the day exploring. The bus trip is about 35-45 minutes so get an early start and plan to experience world class skiing at it's best
This is a great golf course that is just down the street. In the winters, it turns into one of the best cross country skiing in the valley!
Stock up on the week's needs at the grocery store. It's right on the bus route!
This one has the biggest selection of wines & spirits. The other store is closer to our condo right on Main Street.
Free Summer Concerts on Wednesday evenings! A great time for the entire family. Bring your blanket, picnic basket and favorite beverage for a few hours of relaxing fun & music from local bands.
This is the turn-around for traffic on Main Street. This is the point where all the shops, stores & restaurants start.

We used this condo for a wedding. It is in the best of locations possible in Park City. Truly minutes from everything. You don't need a rental car as things are truly that close. The condo is well fitted with all the household supplies you could ever need. We built a wedding cake in the kitchen it has that much room! The owner is very responsive as is the maintenance crew. They were only needed as we locked ourselves out of the unit. The hot tub is great and there are great views from the porch! I would truly recommend this for a rental to anyone coming to the area!

This was our first stay in Park City but with friends who know it well. What a great location, and great condo! Town Lift and Main Street SO close and the resort shuttle stopping directly outside couldn't have been better. We loved the condo. Very nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. Great Condo! We’ve stayed in several rental properties in the Park City area and this is one of my favorites and is definitely a great price for such an upscale condo. I would highly recommend it to others and hope to stay here again myself. Beautifully decorated, very comfy, lots of room and perfectly located - close to old main street. THANKS Ron!

We needed a very last minute rental, ron gave us a nice place to stay, very quiet, he was very helpful,the 6 of us enjoyed the hot tub too. we walked everywhere we went it was great. great place to stay for lovely park city.
