Sonny Mann here.
I’m in Sandestin looking at a topnotch resort condominium. That’s what this Beachside Towers is. A-1. It starts with the beach itself. Here you’re on sugar white sand. What a beach!
You can’t get much bigger or better beach than right here. But that’s just the beginning. There’s so much here for every one in the family. Take the kids.
There’s Joilee Island, a Robinson Crusoe style tree house for them to explore. There’s also a putting course, a climbing wall and a basketball court! For all the kids, even the big ones, there’s the whole resort. Sandestin is 2400 acres of all kinds of attractions.
For example, The Village at Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip and a jump from Beachside. It’s like New Orleans & Seaside Community all-rolled-into-one-place. There's food, music everywhere, specialty shopping, a candy maker, even movies or concerts on the green during most of the year. The tour guides call it “festive”. I call it just plain cool.
There’s lots of things about Beachside Towers that make it really the place to stay: • There’s a heated swimming pool • Private beach boardwalk • Gated with full time security • FINZ restaurant is just a short walk down the beach • You can catch a deep see fishing charter at Baytowne Marina • There are 4 championship golf courses in Sandestin (check out the picture I took) • You’re just a mile from Silver Sands Outlet mall (the largest designer outlet mall in the USofA) • You’re right next to a full service Spa and Fitness center
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man is this place big! It isn’t just big, it’s bea-u-ti-ful. It was redone not too long ago so everything looks brand spanking new. It’s got really interesting décor. I’d call it kind of contemporary West Indies.
Great colors on the walls. Makes it very upscale, but really comfortable. And it’s set up to make the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 36”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked.
Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. There’s a stereo so that you can put on your favorite beach tunes. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
The MASTER BEDROOM got a huge king size bed with a with a beautiful white wood headboard. Kind of tropical. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep.
The private bath is really done nicely with a bronze color tile. Like those fancy hotels. There’s another pretty big TV, looks like a 35”, same cable package. And a DVD player and stereo. That means the while the kids are watching TV in the living room, you can enjoy yourself in the bedroom.
The SECOND MASTER’s got roomy twin beds, which works for kids or another couple. The bath for this is big, with nice tile and cultured marble counters.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s even a blender so that you can “fire up” some margaritas.
There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Beachside. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
Add 11 % Florida Tax, and $75 Housekeeping Fee to Rentals.
This is where the fun starts!
