With two bedroom suites and a third bedroom option, a sunny eat-in kitchen and a separate dining room, you will enjoy plush amenities that are hard to find elsewhere. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, television with cable, two closets, and a spacious private bathroom with a glass shower, two sinks and separate soaking tub. The guest suite has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The office has wireless internet, and can be used as a third bedroom with a queen sofa/sleeper. The kitchen, master bedroom and living room all open to the large, walled-in back yard with a swimming pool and spa, thatched palapa bar, outdoor barbecue, music system and citrus trees with plenty of fruit to pick in season.
After a vacation of golfing, shopping, tennis, touring, or just lazing by the pool, you will leave our ‘Casa de Paraiso’ refreshed and relaxed.

A refundable security deposit will be required
Add $200 per week for optional pool heat ($250 in Dec and Jan)
(Monthly renters pay for pool heat separately based on usage)
There is no extra fee for heating the hot tub

Year Purchased: 1999
Gary and I have been snowbirds for ten years, enjoying our winters in the desert, and the rest of the year in Seattle.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have many friends in California, and Gary does a lot of work down here, as well. We also get tons of company, and we outgrew our original house. So after making that house perfect for ourselves, we left for a new home and started all over again, leaving the original home exactly as it was.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Because the location of our original home was just about perfect, close to restaurants, stores, golf and theaters, we bought our new home only a mile away. We walk everywhere! And we are close by, should our rentors need anything.
