Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in One Ocean Place offers a breath-taking view of the ocean and is completely renovated! If you are looking for a stunning view AND a beautiful interior you will love our place.
The 5 floor to ceiling windows across the front of the condo provide a direct ocean view from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master making it perfect for dolphin sightings. The brand new tile floor and open space design of the kitchen/living area makes our condo spacious. The décor is bright, cheery, and very inviting. Outside, you can enjoy people watching or a meal on the oceanfront balcony.
The new gourmet kitchen offers custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, lots of light and easy access to the dining area. From the kitchen you have an obstructed ocean view and feel like part of the group in the living areas. Everything you need to whip up tasty treats is provided in our well equipped kitchen.
The living area is furnished with a Flat Screen HD TV, DVD and CD/IPOD players, and credenza (full of games, books, and DVDs).
After a day on the beach you can retreat into the oceanfront master suite. It is furnished with a Flat Screen TV, a comfy new king mattress, custom closet, and a desk. Close the black out drapes and sleep in or open them to watch the sunrise and access the balcony. The renovated master bathroom includes a new tile floor, a large garden tub, a glass enclosed shower, and granite counter.
The 2nd bedroom with private bathroom has a new queen bed, and a Flat Screen TV. The 3rd bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 new twin beds, and a Flat Screen TV. Both bathrooms are upgraded with granite counters and new tile floors. The bedrooms provide black-out draperies.
From May 15 to September 15 we offer daily set of 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. You can carry less and get to the beach more quickly.
The complex has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a great beach deck.

We travel a lot so when we are here at the beach we want our condo to be as comfortable and well equipped as our home. We love to sit in the living room and watch the waves when we are not swimming in the ocean.
Why the Owner Chose Garden City Beach
As a kid I vacationed in Garden City. I have always enjoyed the sitting on the beach and playing in the waves. I love Garden City because if offers a great beach but is not crowded. It’s also close to Murrells Inlet where seafood is plentiful!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo, and things were so clean and up-to-date! The view from this condo was breath-taking and it was so relaxing sitting out on the back deck. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely use this condo again if we go back to Garden City.

I would like to let everyone know that this Unit is Very, Very Nice. We have stayed at One Ocean Place many times and this is one of the Nicest Units that we have been lucky enough to fine. The owner is so good to work with and we truely appreciate all she did to make our vacation a Good One! I would recommend this unit to anyone who wanted to spend a week at the beach.....It would work for all ages. We have our favorite restaurants which are close by and we also golf most day...Very nice to come back to the condo and relax..Thanks so much for sharing with us this beautiful condo!

You just simply can't go wrong with this rental. This was my first time leasing directly from an owner. We've leased with Garden City and Dunes Realty for all our other vacations to Myrtle Beach. Beth made everything super easy and was a pleasure to talk to, including the call from her the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The condo was just beautiful - I loved being surrounded by the sea life, shells and flip-flops! The view of the ocean was even better than we expected and we always stay oceanfront. I think having side by side ceiling to floor views along with the fully mirrored wall is what made the difference. It didn't matter if you were in the master bedroom, kitchen or living room you always had the ocean in sight. The condo was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated with new appliances, granite and tile. And having the beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us on the beach everyday - AWESOME! It was easy to purchase additional chairs from our lifeguard who might I also add was a pleasure to talk to. He wished us a safe trip back on our last day at the beach. I honestly can say we had NO disappointments with this rental. Beth, thank you for sharing your home with us. Our 2011 4th of July vacation will always be a cherished memory!

We have been staying at Garden City Beach for about 20 plus years. This was one of the nicest condos we have rented. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could ask for. The owner is awesome to work with and everything was updated. The complex itself was very clean, well maintained pools, etc. We will certainly be returning!!

We really loved it!!! Our family has 2 teenage girls and they each brought a friend, excellent place to let them go and have fun. The decor was perfect and made our vacation that much better. We enjoyed this place as much as our girls did. We will definetely be back!

We have been staying in the Surfiside, Garden City Beach area for over 20 years, this was the first time we stayed in a high rise condo and loved it. There were 4 of us my husband myself and our 2 daughters 22 and 24, there was more then enough space a wonderful view from the balcony and the condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The 2 chairs and umbrella that came along with the rental was a great touch. The grounds people who work for the complex were also excellent. Loved loved it!!! Thank you Beth, we had a blast.

This condo was wonderful! It was just like you were visiting in the home of a friend. Everything you could think of was right at your fingertips. The decor was beautiful!!! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone. The parking deck was so convenient, along with the beach chairs that were set up each day when we went to the beach. You will NOT be disappointed!!

My family and I had an amazing time at your condo. We have been coming to the Grand Strand for many years and this is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The condo was very spacious and it truly felt like we were in someone's home, not just a rental. My teenage girls loved the pools and the hot tubs. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future! This was our first time renting directly from an owner and I was a little nervous but Beth was great to work with! She walked me through the whole process with ease!! Thanks, Beth!!

My husband and I have been staying in this condo every year for the last 5 years. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the condo is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We love the garden tub/shower combination in the master bath. This owner has made improvements every time we have come here, the latest being marble counter tops in all of the baths. The decor is magnificent, leaning towards a fun, "I am at the beach" attitude. There are lots of good resaurants, shopping, parasailing, fishing, etc. nearby. And if you don't feel like driving after a long day at the beach, you can walk right next door to "The Conch", a cute waterfront restaurant. Another convenience is the gated parking garage. This parking garage has a restroom at beach level for guests only. How nice! This condo should be the gold standard for all ocean rentals.
