This is the 4th year at this particular condo which says everything. The pictures do not do it justice. Every year it is like coming home. The decor is everything a place at the beach should be. The owner is wonderful, so easy to work with. A big plus is the linens are provided. No worries of having to take bed cloths and towels. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The renovations were fantastic. The floor to ceiling mirrors in the living area lets you view the ocean regardless of the way you are facing. Everything is so convenient. Grocery store just 5 minutes, To anyone who likes shelling, the Shell Island Tour from Georgetown is a must!! A winning choice.

We have been coming here for the last 3 years. We have never been disappointed. It is always so clean and the updates are fantastic. This unit is clean, modernized and well equipped. The kitchen renovation was very well done. All the conveniences of home with that great addition of ocean front living. This was our second year here and we plan to be back next year.

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo, and things were so clean and up-to-date! The view from this condo was breath-taking and it was so relaxing sitting out on the back deck. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely use this condo again if we go back to Garden City.

I would like to let everyone know that this Unit is Very, Very Nice. We have stayed at One Ocean Place many times and this is one of the Nicest Units that we have been lucky enough to fine. The owner is so good to work with and we truely appreciate all she did to make our vacation a Good One! I would recommend this unit to anyone who wanted to spend a week at the beach.....It would work for all ages. We have our favorite restaurants which are close by and we also golf most day...Very nice to come back to the condo and relax..Thanks so much for sharing with us this beautiful condo!

You just simply can't go wrong with this rental. This was my first time leasing directly from an owner. We've leased with Garden City and Dunes Realty for all our other vacations to Myrtle Beach. Beth made everything super easy and was a pleasure to talk to, including the call from her the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The condo was just beautiful - I loved being surrounded by the sea life, shells and flip-flops! The view of the ocean was even better than we expected and we always stay oceanfront. I think having side by side ceiling to floor views along with the fully mirrored wall is what made the difference. It didn't matter if you were in the master bedroom, kitchen or living room you always had the ocean in sight. The condo was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated with new appliances, granite and tile. And having the beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us on the beach everyday - AWESOME! It was easy to purchase additional chairs from our lifeguard who might I also add was a pleasure to talk to. He wished us a safe trip back on our last day at the beach. I honestly can say we had NO disappointments with this rental. Beth, thank you for sharing your home with us. Our 2011 4th of July vacation will always be a cherished memory!

We have been staying at Garden City Beach for about 20 plus years. This was one of the nicest condos we have rented. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could ask for. The owner is awesome to work with and everything was updated. The complex itself was very clean, well maintained pools, etc. We will certainly be returning!!

We really loved it!!! Our family has 2 teenage girls and they each brought a friend, excellent place to let them go and have fun. The decor was perfect and made our vacation that much better. We enjoyed this place as much as our girls did. We will definetely be back!

We have been staying in the Surfiside, Garden City Beach area for over 20 years, this was the first time we stayed in a high rise condo and loved it. There were 4 of us my husband myself and our 2 daughters 22 and 24, there was more then enough space a wonderful view from the balcony and the condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. The 2 chairs and umbrella that came along with the rental was a great touch. The grounds people who work for the complex were also excellent. Loved loved it!!! Thank you Beth, we had a blast.

My family and I had an amazing time at your condo. We have been coming to the Grand Strand for many years and this is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The condo was very spacious and it truly felt like we were in someone's home, not just a rental. My teenage girls loved the pools and the hot tubs. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future! This was our first time renting directly from an owner and I was a little nervous but Beth was great to work with! This condo was wonderful! It was just like you were visiting in the home of a friend. Everything you could think of was right at your fingertips. The decor was beautiful!!! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone. The parking deck was so convenient, along with the beach chairs that were set up each day when we went to the beach. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Relaxing week in SC

My family has rented this condo for 2 years now. The unit is well furnished and equipped and the location is perfect. You can see the Atlantic from practically all locations of the unit. It is nice to wake up every morning and hear the waves and watch the sun come up. This unit is a wonderful value especially those who shy away from timeshares. The unit is time share quality without having to pay all of those fees. You simply can't beat this unit.

Three primary reasons to tout this wonderful beach condo. #1 – location. The ocean, swimming pool, and hot tub are THERE!, restaurant next-door and golf close by. #2 – amenities. A well-equipped kitchen, wi-fi hookup, plenty of space, many comforts of home. #3 – ambience. The view from the balcony, great “at the beach feeling” and the purple carpet.

Owners thought of everything….no worries! Loved waking up every morning enjoying my first cup of Joe while taking-in the gorgeous beachfront view. Can’t beat walking onto the beach with a cool one with umbrella and chairs awaiting…nice touch! VERY clean...will be back!!!

I had the privledge of staying in this gorgeous property for almost 10 days. I didn't want to leave. This 3 bedroom 3 bath property is the perferct size for 2 or for a family. It has all the "fixings" you could possibly ask for. Waking every morning to the sound of the waves crashing outside the master door, drinking coffee with an amazing view, stolling down to the beach to sit and relax with provided chairs and umbrella, the perfect place to spend a beach vacation! We loved how close Murrells Inlet is with the best seafood we have had in a very long time. The owners of this 8th story condo have done it right!!!

My husband and I have been staying in this condo every year for the last 5 years. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the condo is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We love the garden tub/shower combination in the master bath. This owner has made improvements every time we have come here, the latest being marble counter tops in all of the baths. The decor is magnificent, leaning towards a fun, "I am at the beach" attitude. There are lots of good resaurants, shopping, parasailing, fishing, etc. nearby. And if you don't feel like driving after a long day at the beach, you can walk right next door to "The Conch", a cute waterfront restaurant. Another convenience is the gated parking garage. This parking garage has a restroom at beach level for guests only. How nice! This condo should be the gold standard for all ocean rentals.

What an amazing and beautiful condo and area. My family loved the condo unit. It is nicely decorated, very spacious and CLEAN! My teenage children had the best time staying in Garden City, there was so much for us to do. The condo property is so well maintained. The maintenance team was always out and about cleaning and very considerate. I loved that the security patrolled the area and made my kids feel comfortable when out swimming in the evenings. The owner assured me that we would have a fabulous time and it exceeded that! Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation with my family. We will certainly be returning next sping break!

Our Family Has considered Garden City to be our second home for at least 1 week every year for the last 27 years. We have stayed in everythinmg from a tent (Pirateland in the 80's) to multi million dollar homes on the ocean. Your condo ranks right at the top. I can attest and agree with all the positive comments made by other posters. You really get the feeling that you are staying at someones dream home, not "just some rental property" You will want for nothing when you rent this property The kitchen was one of the best equiped I have seen. My wife and I, our daughter, and 3 grandkids (ages 11,10,and 6) spent a wonderful week in this condo July 11-18, 2009. The place is beautiful and the owner is most responsive providing top notch customer service. We loved the private garage and really loved the umbrella set up on the beach each day for us. Our grandkids not only loved the beach and pool, but also Garden City.I have been renting condos along the SC coast for over 25 years and this place is second to none! Try it...you will love it!

My family stayed in this condo the last week of June and had a fabulous time. The condo is very, very nice--beautifully decorated, well outfitted kitchen, and it came with linens and towels--great when you are traveling from far away. The owner also included the cost of an umbrella and two chairs set up each day on the beach--heaven!! This is a wonderful place to vacation and enjoy great surroundings, the beautiful sea and beach, and terrific seafood.

Wow! As soon as I opened the door and looked inside I could tell the online photos had not served this place justice. It's so well taken care of, attention to detail everywhere, each room is tastefully decorated in beachy themes, no junky yard sale pictures hanging on the walls or furniture here. Updated kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, and utinsels. The view from the kitchen makes you feel as if your the Capt standing at the helm of your ship looking out onto the sea. Absolutely beautiful, clean, updated comfortable bedding/pillows, and furniture. I just can't say enough good things about this property, we loved everything about it. Also little FYI, the owners have provided several surprise perks for the guest who visit their home. I'll close by saying, we plan to rent here each summer for as long as the owners have it available. If your looking for a nice place and really care about quality this is it. However, if you just want maximum occupancy for a huge house party, or to bring a bus load of relatives and friends to sleep on air mattresses, throw trash everywhere, and don't respect nice things, go somewhere else. These owners have gone out of their way to give their guest an environment that's clean and updated with all the comforts of a four star hotel. Please, for all who stay here, lets keep it this way so we can all enjoy it for years to come.

What a beautiful place. It is definitely a home away from home. This was our third year staying here. We stay two weeks now.The view is fabulous from the balcony. Kitchen is equipped with the best pots and pans. You will lack for nothing. The beds are very comfortable. The condo is immaculate. Good restaurants and BILO supermarket is at the corner. The owners keep everything updated. I better stop or my weeks will be taken!!!!The beach is great, and the sunset is gorgeous.
