This Luxurious 4 Bedroom,4 Bath Third Floor,East-End Condo is in the beautiful five story, low density, spanish architecture complex, Porto del Sol in Orange Beach. This particular unit is spacious enough for two families to vacation comfortably! Enjoy magnificent views and boat-watching from the wrap-around balcony overlooking Cotton Bayou and Robinson's Island. This professionally decorated unit also has a Gulf View from the Master Bedroom Side Balcony and from the front bedrooms. Relax to the sounds of live music from Tacky Jacks' drifting across Cotton Bayou as you gaze at the sparkling water. Porto del Sol has a Heated Indoor Pool and a Marina-Side Outdoor pool. A Glassed-In Fitness/Exercise Room with Sauna overlooks the Indoor Pool, should you need to watch children. A large enclosed Sunning Balcony with tables and chaise lounge chairs is just steps from your front door.

Porto del Sol is in a great location! We are right next to SanRoc Cay Marina & Shopping Plaza, and just before you get to the Perdido Pass Bridge on Beach Highway 182. Our Beach Access is just across the street. The Wharf, a potpourri of shopping, entertainment and restaurants is just 9 minutes away. SanRoc Cay offers great choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner within easy walking distance.

A 14' Boat Slip w/Utilities is available to the renter bringing their boat. It is convenient and extremely easy to get to the deep water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Charcoal Barbecue Grills are available near the Lighted Pier, with tables and lounge chairs on the lawn.
Unwind in the first floor sitting/reading room with views of the outdoor pool area. The well-maintained landscaping is lush and beautiful!

Why the Owner Chose Porto del Sol

Orange Beach has some of the most beautiful sandy beaches I've seen while travelling the U.S.A., Aruba, & Europe. The sugar-white sand found in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and along the Florida Panhandle remains the prettiest and most accommodating feature of the area. The sand is so fine that to walk bare-footed along it, is to give your feet a much needed massage!
Along with the beauty of Orange Beach, there’s the great side benefit of some of the best shopping around. Some of my favorites: The Art Warehouse, Hood's Home & Garden Center, Tanger Outlet Mall(all in Foley), and adorable Beach Boutiques such as Tootie Green's Yellow Broom. The furniture stores in the area carry many interesting pieces; offering items with a casual or elegant beach flair, depending upon your taste.

Porto del Sol, in particular, is one of just a few high-end, low density, bay-front complexes that offers boat slips and super-quick access to the gulf, as it is located steps from the Perdido Pass Bridge.
San Roc Cay Marina, located on the west side of Porto del Sol, is a full service marina, and is so nice to have them right next door!

    • Porto Del Sol #307 is a home away from home. There are four spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. The master bath is elegant with the huge tiled shower and the whirlpool tub. The fourth bedroom has a bath directly across the hall (very easy access). My group consisted of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was more than enough room for all of us. My sister and my mother enjoyed looking over the beautiful bay area and the gulf from the balcony (which is quite large). The kitchen is very well equipped with new stainless appliances and a built in cabinet icemaker. If you have a large family and would like to stay together, this is the place to stay. It is very quiet. There are only 30+ units in this condo, therefore, the indoor and outdoor pools, the weight room, sauna, and steam room were never crowded like some of the high rise condo units. The owners are very gracious. I will definitely stay here again. Marilyn
