BEACH HOUSE DESCRIPTION & AMENITIES:
This beautifully renovated, fully-furnished, privately-owned beach home is located a few houses from the ocean, on a quiet cul-de-sac with secluded beach access. The ocean is only a few steps away from the property. You do not need to cross the road - the house is ON THE OCEAN SIDE.
This house is spacious and ideal for families with kids and/or couples. Beautiful, tasteful, comfortable furniture throughout - brand new mattresses. This house is a home.
Main Floor:
Full kitchen, living room with half bath, utility room with washer/dryer, dining room, and bedroom with private bathroom.
Second Floor:
Master bedroom suite with private bathroom, 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hall.
Additional Features:
-New hardwood floors throughout the house.
-Each bathroom comes with a tub/shower.
Outdoors:
-Outside shower, storage shed with beach equipment.
-Yard is fenced all around for additional privacy.
-Four designated parking spots out front.
These rates include a cleaning fee but do not include 13% tax. Please add that to rental amount.
Security deposit in the amount of $500 is required and will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacating, if no damages are found upon inspection.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. SORRY, NO STUDENTS, NO PETS, NO SMOKERS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR PROPERTY.
2. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own. We provide pillows and blankets only.

Dear Tanya & Mike,
Thank you for a glorios week in your beautiful beach house. I must compliment you on the great décor – we were really impressed. Great mattresses, comfie layout, everything was so clean and the house just feels new. The kids really enjoyed the front yard and we spent a great deal of time on the deck during meals. The outside shower is excellent. We loved the proximity of the house to the beach and found it very convenient to run home for lunch. The beach is mostly private with just enough activity for us to feel the summer fun. We loved every minute. Thanks for having us!

Thank you so much for allowing us to relax in your home this past week. WE had a marvelou8s time!!! The location was perfect. We were able to split our time between the beach and Busch Gardens. Shopping for food and other items could not have been more convenient. This was a very special vacation for us. We will keep all the memories close to our hearts.

Your home has many of the conveniences that make it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked for even the most gourmet cook. The laundry facilitates were great. Our family enjoyed all the great beach toys. The beach chairs were top-of-the-line and made our long days on the beach very comfortable.
Everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our time here.

Thank so much for opeing your beautiful house to our family for an unforgettable week. We can’t believe how fast the week went – probably we were just so busy enjoying ourselves everyday. Almost every day we spent at the beach a portion of our time – if not all of it – at the gorgeous haven. It was so conveneinent to have the beach only a short boardwalk away. WE laid out, swam in the ocean and walked along the shore. It was so relaxing, we don’t want to leave. We also had some family card game nights at the dining room table. The kitchen and the grill were used for delicious dinners and breakfasts. Some nights we just relaxed on the patio and others watching TV – all in your beautiful house. Our favorite thing were the dolphins at the beach – they swam right up near the shore where we were…swimming 50 yards from us. All in all, it was a perfect vacation that none of us will ever forget. Thank you so much for giving a place that is so hard for us to leave.

Thank you so much for opening your home to use. We had a lovely time and cannot wait to come back – hopefully soon. The highlights of our vacation were spending much time at the beach and watching the dolphins, which our children have never seen –absolutely amazing! The beach house was very inviting and we really enjoyed the deck, where we spent nearly every evening. Thank for allowing us to have such great memories with our family.
