Vacation memories await you at our spacious 3 bedroom condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Dunes Condominium is conveniently located on Okaloosa Island just one mile down Santa Rosa Blvd. off Highway 98. We are a 24 unit building and with the island's ban on high rises, the beach density is low. You have close proximity to excellent restaurants, water parks, championship golf courses, boutiques, and outlet shopping. You are 6 miles west of Destin, "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village".
Enjoy a sunset from the private 4th floor balcony, this is the perfect backdrop for family photos. Sit back, relax and soak up the sun in the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella we have reserved for you daily.
This well appointed condo has a spacious living room with a mirrored wall that perfectly reflects the emerald waters. Gulf views are panoramic through the floor to ceiling windows and door. Entertainment center includes brand new 46 in flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/stereo player. The unit is completely tiled.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, a tiled back splash, side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water in the door, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You will love sitting at the breakfast bar or pub table while you eat or play a game of cards.
The master suite features a private door onto the balcony. You will love the colorful decor, a King size bed with pillow top mattress awaits you. Included is a flat screen TV with a DVD player.
There is a large walk-in closet and the master bath features cultured marble twin vanities and tub with shower.
Second bedroom includes a Queen & twin bed, an armoire, TV with DVD/VCR combo. It has it's own entry to a roomy bath with a tub/shower. This room has an unobstructed view of the Santa Rosa Sound.
The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a pullout storage drawer.
There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby or make the short drive to Destin, walk around the Harbor exploring the shops or watch the fishing boats come in.
There is a Tom Thumb nearby with a post office inside, also a variety of treats for the kids!

Our family has been to this unit at Sea Dunes several times over the past few summers. We are repeat guests because we love everything about this unit. The unit is beautifully decorated and the location is wonderful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the store within walking distance in case we forgot somethng. The grocery store (Publix) is just a few minutes away. The swimming pool is wonderful because it sits on the pool side so you can enjoy the pool and the beach at the same time. The unit is beautifully decorated, one that you will get excited about as soon as you open the door. Our family has always felt that this unit was a great place to spend our summer vacation. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone and I am sure that we will be guests again. Lastly, the process of renting this unit is very simple and the owners are great to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
