  I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed the penthouse. My husband and I took our 12 years old granddaughter, three of her friends and our 6 year old grandson. There was ample room and no one was in the other's way. Our grandson used the media room as his own personal room and he would shut the doors so he wouldn't be disturbed. Needless to say, that was a dream come true for us because he can be a little terror! It was spotless when we arrived and better even than the internet reflected. We were all so pleased. The girls loved sitting on the balcony and because of the size, we could sit at the other end and not bother them. The internet worked like a charm. The washer and dryer were a little confusing at first, but I finally mastered them. The only problem I had was getting the clothes out of the dryer and that was because I am short and couldn't reach the back! The only suggestion I have is to replace the microwave. It took an unusual amount of time for just the simplist heating job. We called to find out how to cut on the media room tv (we are not very electronic saavy) and he rushed over to help. The only restaurants we went to were child friendly. My husband and I are going to return so we can really enjoy the better restaurants. I have already recommended the property to several friends. I hope we are able to make this same trip next year.

  The penthouse at The Caribe Resort in Orange Beach was as wonderful as it's description online. It was very clean and comfortable, not to mention beautiful. The indoor amenities were perfect for a winter break vacation. Our children loved the indoor pools with slides, as well as the Wii and Xbox gaming systems in the room. The view from the balcony was breath taking on all sides. The staff treated my family with respect and kindness. We felt like royalty and we just didn't want to leave! My family enjoyed the beach, local restaurants, a dolphin cruise, and even a perfect little zoo for kids in nearby Gulf Shores. A very nice movie theatre, arcade, and enjoyable shopping were just right around the corner. Our vacation manager, Kelly helped us so much. She was able to answer all our questions and always get back to us quickly with comforting answers. We will always cherish the wonderful memories made during this vacation at The Caribe Resort. We strongly recommend Joe's place and are looking forward to future vacations here. Many thanks. This trip was a blessing.

  How do you describe perfect? From the location, condo amenities, room, etc. I feel so strongly that I would use this renter at other locations before looking elsewhere.

  This condo is simply beautiful! The pictures does not give it justice. The view is amazing and it was so relaxing sitting out on the balcony with the gorgeous view of the bay. The resort was really inviting and was fun for us adults as well as my 3 year old. This was her first trip to the beach and she loved it! The pools were fantastic and the lazy river was the best. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

  Our entire family; children and their spouses, and four grandchildren, loved our family vacation in Orange Beach. This property is awesome. The location of the facility is easily accessible. The grounds were immaculate and the amenities were great. The condo was in excellent condition when we arrived and had all the necessary items to live very comfortable for a week. The veiw from the balcony is spectacular. We were able to see the sunrises as well as the sunsets. What better way to drink your coffee in the morning then sitting on the swing on the balcony, watching the birds and the boats go by. We had a 1 year old with us and felt he was very safe on the balcony with the security of the railing. We had one adult son in a wheelchair and he was able to manuever easily inside the condo. The only thing that was not up to par is the sleeper sofas in the media room and living room. If you are planning on needing those facilities, there is one air mattress in the laundry room for your use. If you need sleeping room for more than the three beds and the one air mattress, you may want to bring an additional air mattress. You get two parking passes only for the condo, but more can be purchased through security. If you are interested in renting a party barge for cruising the bay, Tacky Jacks was very accommodating and we truely enjoyed our day crusing the bay area and playing on the beaches. The men in the group went fishing on the "Outcast" with Adrenaline Fishing Charters and enjoyed that also. We didn't eat out much, since we brought most of our food cooked and just heated it up as we needed it. The kitchen is very well equipped; large refrigerator, ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher and all necessary cooking supplies. Oh, and we kept the washer and dryer going so we didn't have to bring home much dirty clothes. We defnitely plan on staying there again sometime in the future. Thank you "Stay at Joes".

  We just stayed here over the Fourth of July holiday and absolutely loved every bit of it. I have a family of five and my brother was here with his family of 7 and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, pictures reflect exactly what you get, good taste throughout. The balcony and furniture provided outside was wonderful! So relaxing taking in the view and we even saw dolphins! We even ate some of our meals outside! I cannot thank Joe and staff enough for this wonderful opportunity. We have never done this before, but do believe we will be back. The resort was wonderful with all the pools, slides, etc. and the beach right across the street. Took everyone to Original Oyster House and enjoyed Rotolis Pizza near the Publix there. Highly recommend and we feel the price was just right!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

  We just returned from our stay at this beautiful condo and it was everything we could have asked for. We had 3 couples & six children and plenty of room. The view was breath taking from the floor to ceiling windows and the complex had so much to offer! We would highly recommend it to anyone. Booking through 'Stay at Joes' was so easy, we were also able to check in early. Can't wait to return!

  Nice is too small of a word to describe your condo. But it was the word that was used by our guests as they arrived. My description…absolutely amazing. This was the first vacation //////// and I took with his 3 children and 5 grandchildren. The ammenities that the Caribe has to offer were unimaginable and helped it to be the most memorable vacation ever. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. We will definitely be back as /////////’s children want to make it an annual event. I will highly recommend this condo and looking forward to our “stay at Joe’s” next year.

  We recently stayed in this condo for a Guys Weekend Away. There were 5 grown men and the accommodations allowed all of us to sleep comfortably. Getting checked in and checked out couldn't have been easier. Marshall met us at the property and got us our keys and we were on our way in no time. The proximity to the beach was awesome. You could stand on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim through the canal below the condo. Sunset and sunrises were glorious. The facility was excellent, nice indoor swimming pool area, didn't venture out too much on the grounds as it was pretty cool while we were there since it was very early March. Would love to head back there and take the kiddos with us as the grounds are very kid friendly with so much to see and do. We were there during "Snow Bird" season so there was very little activity in the Orange Beach area but Pensacola and Pensacola Beach were only a short drive away. Visited McGuire's in Pensacola - neat place to visit if you've never been to one. The beaches were white sand and powdery and the water was what you'd expect from the Gulf. Visited Florabama bar - what an interesting place is all I can say. This condo offered great views of the gulf and canal and was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to get back there - won't be this year but planning a possible family vacation there next summer. The price was very affordable for this type of condo. The extra wet bar was awesome and there was plenty of seating and space to spread out. I highly recommend this condo and renting through Stay At Joes - they were awesome and kept an excellent property.

  Stayed here over spring break 2009 and LOVE IT. This hotel is a great place for spring break, when the weather is not necessarily hot and sunny. The indoor pools with slides were excellent for my children. The fitness center overlooks the pools, and you can watch your kids while you work out. The unit is incrediable, with all the amenities of home. and QUIET despite the location near the elevator. We slept four adults and three kids no problem. The full size laundry is so nice, and the open floor plan is great for large groups. Even over spring break, the hotel was quiet and not overrun with college kids. It is a great rental -- I highly recommend it!
