We encourage you to stay in our new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome (approx 3,000 sq ft) while trying to maximize your experience here at The Peninsula... Your family should certainly be pleased with the accommodations as a result of the numerous builder upgrades selected complemented by our proud homeowners' personal touches. Furthermore, the home offers additional sleeping areas (a futon as well as a queen-size sofa bed) and is conveniently located on a cul-de-sac lot backing to the woods, thereby, providing a quiet and relaxing environment for all.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with everything you could ask for and more. It has plenty of room for the whole family, you could not ask for a more beautiful play to vacation. We have stayed at the Peninsula 2 years in a row now and we will definitely be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This is a great town home with just about everything you could ask for. It is tucked away on a quiet street. After spending the day at the (wave) pool, we really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rockers for an evening cocktail. We loved riding the bikes around the community and enjoying all the beautiful homes and landscaping. We loved it, and hope to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Back home after a great reunion with family in Delaware. We got to do everything we wanted - a day at the beach, outlet mall shopping, all-you-can-eat crab dinner, a return to Bethany Beach (where we always stayed at Sea Colony rentals when we visited before). This townhome was perfectly located, beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. We hope to be able to return (my daughter immediately wanted me to book a week this summer so she could use the outdoor pool and wave pool). We appreciated all of the extras provided: the wi-fi, Harris Teeter grocery discount card and the entry gate buttons on the lanyards. The home is gorgeous, immaculate and huge. I loved the wide open kitchen and the gas fireplace for the chilly mornings we experienced. Living on three levels was perfect for our multi-generational traveling situation. The teenage girls had their own apartment in the basement, we could stay up late and read books on your comfy couch and my dad could read on the futon upstairs after putting my mother to bed. We have stayed at this home about 3 times. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is good, well cared for, has 4Bedrooms and loft. Two decks. Kitchen is well equipped, location is great. The owners are real pleasure to deal with. Peninsula is a great community, so far I haven't stayed here in Summer, will report back following my first stay in Summer.
