This property is a spectacular, private family cottage on the coast of Maine overlooking Broad Cove in famous Casco Bay. We are located in Cumberland Foreside and close to all of Maine's vacation treasures - literally minutes from downtown Portland, LL Bean and Freeport. Five high quality, beautiful public golf courses are within a 25 minute drive; and Portland’s Old Port is known for its eclectic shopping and many fine-dining options.
This cottage is part of a 110 acre family estate – and you are welcome to use the beach front amenities as if you were family. The cottage is surrounded by privates fields, orchards and woods upon which the family maintains a barn with horses.
The cottage is decorated with style and comfort. Antiques throughout. It has four bedrooms (one queen and 5 twin beds), two full baths, one family room and a charming eat-in kitchen overlooking Broad Cove. The yard and garden area have Adirondack chairs, lounges and a picnic table overlooking the surrounding fields and woods.
We love accommodating family getaways or executives on an extended stay.
