Perched high upon a 450-acre hilltop, overlooking Prineville Reservoir, your personal oasis awaits you. Luxury, silence, privacy, and BIG skies are what you'll find in this new 4,700 sq foot 5 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom and 2 Kitchen home.
Everything is here! 5 Bedrooms - 3 with private bathrooms and 2 Jacuzzi tubs; a separate 2 bedroom apartment; an office to stay connected; a media room; 2 full kitchens, windows everywhere you look and expansive decks to take in the scenery, sunrises, sunsets, stars and sky. There is something magical about sitting on a deck, watching the sun set that refreshes the spirit like nothing else.
As you enter this home, you are immediately lifted by the soaring ceilings and huge windows everywhere you look, bringing the outside in. A gas fireplace, with a hand carved Juniper Mantle warms the living room and dining area. There is plenty of room in the Granite and Stainless Steel kitchen for everyone to help prepare the next meal. Full house? Not to worry - there is a full kitchen in the basement too! Need to check in with work? There is a private office, equipped with a computer and printer and connection to the outside world.
The Second Floor Master has its own Private Deck which overlooks the Reservoir. Waiting to awaken you in the morning is the Master Bathroom, with a Travertine Tiled walk-in shower and Jacuzzi Tub, resting peacefully under a picture window. There is a Media Room, with 2 Futon Couches, another Guest Suite and a Kids Bunk room fill out the 2nd floor.
There's more! Downstairs you discover a completely separate apartment, which opens out to the lower deck and an expansive view of the Reservoir. We purchased the property 2005 and decided to begin building in 2007, with the hope of eventually having a place to retire to. Prineville is a wonderful, friendly community and we like the seclusion from the day-to-day madness of our lives

We had a great time! Our friends and Family came out here to get away and relax and your house totally helped accomplish our goal! We went to the lake, slept underneath the stars (saw the best and biggest shooting star ever!) ate great food and spent good quality time with our friends! Derailleur Divas!! 30 Years and a lot of Gears!!! What a perfect place for a large group to get together for fun and laughter. Everything was just perfect for us. We hope to return! What a wonderful time with a great group of women in a beautiful house! Thank you! What a Fantastic Place to come and relax and renew. We laughed a LOT we cried some and most of all had the time of our lives. Life is good!!! We have to do this every year!! We spent our 30th Annual Ladies Bike Trip here, riding around Prineville and area. Road to Smith Rocks (Hot Smith Rocks), did a loop up Miliken Road and back through the Crooked River Canyon. We have loved our week here. One of our favorite things about the house was the huge table. We loved being able to seat everyone comfortable and enjoy our family meals together. We were here for our family reunion and appreciated the roominess – with space for every one of all ages. The kitchen was well appointed, the ping pong table was a huge hit and the view of the lake was beautiful. Thank you for sharing tour beautiful comfortable home.
