Accommodations: House - 5 Bedrooms + Detached Unit - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 14-16)

Lake side of house. Lots of windows. - Norris Lake Vacation Rental This home is located in a deep-water cove which has water all year round. There is a fantastic view looking up the Powell river. We are situated in a quiet subdivision called Norris Pointe. This is a less-traveled portion of the main body of the lake, well away from the heavy boat traffic and waves of Deerfield. In addition, there is an island off to our east which effectively cuts the lake traffic in half. Our home is perfectly located for a quiet, scenic vacation adventure. Our house sits back about 300 ft. off the road, making road noise undetectable. There is ample room for parking cars and trailers. A detached bungalow can be rented if the additional space is needed. Besides the 2 additional bedrooms, the bungalow has a bath and kitchenette. The main floor consists of a large kitchen, a dining area that opens into the great room with beautiful tongue-and-groove ceilings. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with daybed w/trundle and a full bath complete the floor. The upstairs has the master bedroom which includes a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There is a private balcony off the back of the bedroom, and a inside balcony overlooking the great-room and out over the lake. The basement has two bedrooms with queen beds in each, the laundry room and a full bath. The common area in the basement sports a pool table with ping-pong table-top, and a futon. The smoke-free house is located where the Powell River and Davis Creek meet, about ten minutes down river from Flat Hollow Marina, and 15 minutes north of Springs Boat Dock. Both marinas have pumps, watercraft for rent and a grill. Additionally, you may bring your own boat and dock it in the covered slip provided at the base of the stairs leading from the house to the lake. The nearest ramp to launch a boat is a half mile from our driveway. This Norris Lake Vacation Rental has over 150 feet of shoreline and is set on one acre for privacy. Fisherman, skiers and boaters alike will enjoy the beautiful water of Norris Lake.

Prime Season is between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Prime Season .. $375/night (3 night minimum) .. $2475/week + $150 Cleaning Fee
Off Season .... $275/night (2 night minimum) .. $1600/week + $150 Cleaning Fee
Rates for use of bungalow (2 extra bedrooms and kitchenette):
............... $ 50/night .................... $ 200/week. + $35 Cleaning Fee
Bungalow does not rent alone without house.
$500 Security Deposit.
