Manhattan Beach is a wonderful vacation destination with biking, tennis and the beach just outside your door! One of Manhattan Beach's rarest resources is parking.... our home has two parking spaces! Enjoy the great Southern California weather, uncrowded beach and the beautiful sunsets.

Enjoy BBQs or an outdoor breakfast on our spacious front patio with terrific ocean views. Full kitchen with new refrigerator and stove top; washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen connects to family/dining room. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with built in bunk beds and one with queen bed, along with full bath.
Upstairs has one large front bedroom with ocean views and king bed. Back bedroom has a twin futon and queen bed connects to bathroom with shower. Ample closet space and lots of room for kids and guests! Roof top patio off of back bedroom. Lots of closet space throughout!
One parking space in garage and one or two (depending on size of car) outside of garage.
This is the perfect home for a family beach vacation, with lots of sleeping space and only a short walk to the beach! Furnishings are currently being selected and will be new, tasteful and perfect for a vacation home.
