Bohemian Bungalow-Historic St. George Island home, one of the earliest homes on the island. Has been lovingly maintained and updated! Great beach cottage has lots of windows, making this light and bright, with an open floor plan ideal for family fun. Just a short walk to the beach/shopping, restaurants, bike rental, adventure outfitters.
The home has central heat and air, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and television with cable, and a third bedroom with two trundle-style twin beds. There are 2 baths (and an additional private outdoor shower). The family size kitchen is equipped with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot and grinder, toaster and washer/dryer facility. The comfortable living area has a television with cable, VCR and DVD player and dining area. Free WiFi is available throughout the home.
Outside, there is a large screen porch with a table and chairs right off the kitchen. The large front porch has stairs to the rooftop sundeck with views of the gulf for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A private fenced swimming pool, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill complete the grounds. Ample parking off street.
Most of all, this house has a cheery, positive atmosphere, and is a great place to relax!

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon here. We loved it. Very clean & spacious! Decorated beautifully! Very cozy & makes a wonderful "home" while your on SGI! We loved the pool & the screened in porch! Just a great little house & can't wait to return for our next stay =]
