Rates Policy:
PEAK RATES (Mar - Nov) (Wine tasting events, Easter - Thanksgiving & Winter Holidays)
OFF-PEAK RATES (Dec - Feb)
Last minute discount available.
Holidays and event weekends excluded.
~ 2 nights minimum stay on weekends (Fri - Sun)
~ Longer stays: rental rates and availability upon request.
~ A cleaning fee of $125 will be charged for every stay.
~ 9% Sonoma County occupancy tax is not included will be added to price.
~ Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) - minimum stay is three nights.
Time frames:
~ A weekend is defined as Friday arrival and Sunday departure.
~ Check-in is anytime after 3 pm,
~ Check-out is by 11 am.
Reservation policy:
~ Upon making your reservation, we ask for 1/2 of the total immediately and make the charge to your credit card.
~ The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival and if paying by personal check, 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit:
~ Security deposit is $500.
~ When we receive the security deposit check from you, we do not cash it. If the property is in good condition after you leave, we destroy the security deposit check. Otherwise, we will cash the check, and some or all of the funds will be used for extraordinary cleaning and/or damage repair. Any unused funds will be returned to you.
Cancellation policy:
~ If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, a full deposit is given back to a guest, less the $75 cancellation fee.
~ If cancelled 31 - 59 days prior to arrival, 1/2 of deposit is forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for same dates.
~ If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for the same days.
Smoking policy:
~ Smoking is permitted only in dedicated area outside. If there would be any buts found anywhere not in the ashtray after you leave, $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.
Pet policy:
~ no pets (except for long-term stay reservations)
~ additional fees apply
Behavior policy:
~ Only people who are on reservation are allowed on the premises
~ Use of the home for excessive drinking, loud music and partying is not allowed.
~ Quiet behavior is required after 10pm.

Our family gathered at the Healdsburg Getaway for the weekend of our daughters wedding in September. The home was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a generous outdoor space. The owners were very accommodating and available to answer any questions before and during our stay. Wineries are the main attraction of this lovely town. Would recommend the Farmers Market on Saturday, Big Johns Grocery, the Flying Goat Coffee and Scopa Restaurant on the Square.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed from Sept 10-14 2009 with a family group of 10 people. We were in Healdsburg for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect in every way and it was lovely to have space for all of us to be together, yet enough privacy and bedroom space for people to be alone when they wish. The amenities were just as stated on the website, and the owner was wonderful. We needed his assistance when we locked the keys inside the house one day, and again when we accidentally locked one bedroom rather late in the evening. He came to the house to fix the problems and was gracious and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Diana from San Diego

We stayed here in March 2010. We had a group of 10 traveling from Minnesota for a long weekend and this was the perfect place for us! The house is well maintained and well equiped. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub, the great deck space (beautiful view) and made several meals. There was plenty of parking space for the three cars we had plus a couple friends that visited for a night. The owner was also VERY friendly and accomodating when we accidentily locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms late one night. We had issues connecting to the wireless, but had no trouble using the internet when we were hardwired. One of the rooms was a little less private than the others (door with window leading to living room), but we put a sheet up and it worked just fine. We all agreed that we would stay here again in the future!

The place is wonderful! We had a time of our lives. Location is really beautiful with a handful of wineries around. But the most we loved the decks! Thank you so much for a great time!
