Beautiful Puerto Aventuras beckons; tropical plants and trees edge the golf course and the road; drive past the port with luxury yachts and charter fishing boats; cross over the draw-bridge, turn right onto Xel Ha road, appreciate the beautiful homes and gardens on the seaside while you continue to Club de Yates (Yacht Club). Our staff will carry your bags to the penthouse apartment with a view over the sea, the private, white sandy beach, the glistening blue swimming pool, and the beaches that stretch into infinity.
Help yourself to a cold drink and admire the Caribbean-Mexican decor. Go out onto the palapa covered terrace, relax and watch a stunning sunset. See the sunrise from the master bedroom and watch the boats dance on the sea from the guest room. Each bedroom has an en suite marble bathroom and king-sized bed. (Hidden behind the black-out curtains is a fold-out child's bed and a high chair.) Upstairs in the loft is the TV/DVD/Video and two clic-claques couches which open up for the occasional weekend guest and a full shower en suite. An informative, welcoming, bilingual administrator will arrange the maid service, see to your needs and, if requested, find a private tour guide to visit Mayan sites in the area or arrange other activities. Tennis, anyone?
Take a quiet walk into the village. You will find restaurants, entertainment, the famous 'swim with the dolphins' and a beautiful crescent beach with more fine white sand and swaying palm trees. Stop into the hotel for Sunday Brunch, or a workout in the gym or sign up for a dive. Walk around the port and check out the boats and the 'catch of the day.'
