The master bedroom suite features a brand-new king bed and brand-new 20-inch flat screen television with DVD. The huge sliding glass doors open up to a patio and views of the pool and beach. The bathroom features a tub with shower.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation with the backdrop of the sights and sounds of the ocean.
The second bedroom offers a variety of sleeping options for couples and families and can sleep four people very comfortably. The bunk bed features a double bed on bottom and single on top. In addition, there is another twin bed. Again, new beds mean sweet dreams after a long day in the sun! The second bathroom offers a tub with shower.
The fully stocked kitchen offers a eat-in bar with three bar stools so the chef can be part of the social action. Amenities include a microwave, stove and cook top, refrigerator, coffee-maker and toaster. The tropical-themed dining room provides seating for six.
The comfortable living room offers a sofa, loveseat and chair. It features a television with cable, VCR, DVD and a CD player with iPOD port. The sofa converts into a queen bed (linens included).
Ideally located within walking distance of two grocery stores, a fish market and the family-friendly restaurant, Busters, this condo makes your vacation hassle-free. Many other dining options are within easy walking and driving distance.
The famous Silver Sands Designer Outlet is a two-minute drive or short walk and also features restaurants and a playground.

Destin has been a favorite destination since childhood. When the opportunity to own a beachfront property came up, we grabbed it! We bought it primarily as a real estate investment but now that we have small children we take advantage of its ideal poolside and beachfront location as much as our jobs will allow!
