This cottage is what you have been looking for in a traditional but updated seaside cottage. Rehabbed in 2002 for all the great amenities you want but we kept the architectural charm of the original cottage. Very Clean!

Off street parking an absolute plus in the this much coveted neighborhood. Room for 3 cars.

Ocean City is close enough to the casinos for those who love to gamble but far enough away for it to be America's Greatest FAMILY Resort. We accept family groups only. No unattended teenagers.

  • We stayed at this cottage the week of June 28-July 5 and had a wonderful time. The cottage is very, very roomy, this is definitely the way to go on vacation. The home is very clean, it has every convenience you could ask for; laundry facilities, 1 1/2 baths, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning to enjoy coffee, the street is quiet, yet vibrant with families walking, bike riding, etc. The boardwalk and beach is a short 2 blocks from the house, and of course we went every day, at least twice each day. Grocery store is a close driving distance. Fabulous area of Ocean City, we would love to return in the future.
