Our home is centrally located in San Antonio in the upscale suburb of Terrell Hills. It is only minutes north of downtown and the Alamo, River walk, Alamo Dome and other tourist attractions. The San Antonio Airport is only ten minutes to the North and you could easily walk the block and a half to the University of the Incarnate Word.

The world renowned San Antonio ZOO, Brackenridge Park and miniature railroad, the Witte Museum and tree house are just down Broadway. The AT&T Center is less than 15 minutes away and Splashtown is only ten minutes down the road. If you wish to go spend the day at one of our theme parks, Fiesta Texas and Sea World are only 25 minutes away. Central Market is a block and a half away and so are numerous eating establishments.

Our home is a one story renovated ranch-style house. It has a new standing seam roof and a circular driveway. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a HDTV. Plantation shutters, original hardwood floors and crown moulding are throughout the house. The master bath has been renovated with travertine tile throughout and twin sinks. The secondary bath also has been updated with a new Kohler pedestal sink and travertine tile. There are three large living areas (two with TV's-total 4 in the house)and a dining room with a table that holds 8 comfortably. There are three bedrooms and two more pull out couches in the sunroom and entertainment room respectively. In S.A., you could not desire a more centrally located home to sample.

  • We recently stayed here with our 3 kids plus an additional guest and it was wonderful. Plenty of space to spread out. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail is obvious from the comfortable beds and nice towels to the high end appliances and everything in between. The pool is great and the location was perfect. Convention center in about 10 mins or less. Lots of shopping and entertainment close by. The zoo, park and Witte Museum are just down the street. I would definitely stay here again if we are in San Antonio.
