Location,Location, Location excellent to airport, riverwalk, market square and 2 blks. to huge grocery store. Botanical gardens were an even shorter drive. Rose was so nice to work with and gave advice on restaurants and even helped us find a close church for Sunday morning. Property was very clean and helpful that coffee, few spices, laundry soap and dishwasher needs all in good supply. Due to weather, we did not use the pool for long but am sure it would be great in warmer weather. We would definitely recommend to friends and would check out in future other places that these owners have in San Antonio whenever we return. Only negative that I saw was one bathroom attached to a guest bedroom and little more difficult for others in house to access. Since we only had 4 people not a big problem for us but something to consider with a larger group. There is one larger bathroom that is open for master and other guest room to share that is not attached to bedroom. Plenty of guest towels and nice thick ones too!

Rose was a gracious host and the house was perfect, so much better than staying at a hotel. Home was very clean and comfortable and GREAT LOCATION. Thank you for making our family event such a sucess! We will have to enjoy the house again when we don't have so much family stuff - Centrally located to many great attractions. Did I mention I love Central Market :)

We have rented through VRBO five times now, and this experience was by far the best. Your home was so clean and well furnished. From the simple things like having shampoo and coffee available to the bigger things such as proximity to stores and space....it was perfect. We will chose your property whenever we are in the area. The living space was wonderful-even larger than expected. My son enjoyed being able to hang out and relax on his break from BMT. We were also able to comfortably have 14 guests over for our daughter's first birthday party! Some of our family members that stopped over live in TX and were impressed with your home, so I passed on your contact info for them to provide guests who visit them. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We had 6 guests overnight, but you could comfortably fit more. The distance from the airport is great-only took about 10 minutes which was very handy with a late flight in and early flight out!

We came down to Texas to see my son graduate from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base and stayed in this beautiful home.The travel to the base was easy and took about 25 minutes to get to Valley High gate. We had a great time! The house is very very nice and comfortable. Tons of room to spread out. Great yard and deck and access to the pool next door was perfect! We cooked out and played games at the big dining room table that was perfect for the 8 of us! Rose was so helpful to us, with anything we needed, we will definitely be back!

Exceptional Home!

My extended family of 6, including my mother, daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters were able to each have our own space, with the girls sharing an awesome game/family room which included a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen was equipped with every possible amenity plus. There were two bedrooms in one wing which accomodated my mother and I perfectly, and a private master in the front. The home is in excellent condition, and provided a most comfortable and convenient accomodation for our 5-day stay. Communication with Rose and Pruny was prompt and efficient, and we will definitely seek this home again should we visit San Antonio in the future. I would highly recommend it for families or couples needing a home with both space and privacy.

We've visited San Antonio several times, but this was our first stay in a vacation home. The house was very tastefully decorated, exceptionally well maintained and clean plus... it was fully stocked w/everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Many more amenities than any hotel! There were 7 people in our group, including 4 highschool/college age children and our elderly father. The spacious home, allowed privacy when needed, plus great gathering space as well. Rose was very delightful to work with, and we'll definitely seek to stay in this home again next time we visit San Antonio. Thanks for the awesome experience and excellent value.

The house isn a great location for restaurants, Brackenridge Park, Central Market, and getting to the Riverwalk. Rose and Pruny provided everything we needed for a great visit to San Antonio. The house is spacious, with living room, den, and large room made from the converted attached garage. Although there were only 4 in our party, this would be a good house for larger groups. Two of the three bedrooms are large, with the third being only slightly less so. We especially enjoyed the deck on the back of the house. We found the house to be nicely decorated and well maintained. Definitely a place I'd go back to.

Pruny is a great hostess....everything was superb and immaculate. The location is just right for nearly anything you might want to do...from Museums to Hill Country travel. Easy access to all major thoroughfares. Lots of information available on site and from Pruny. Volare's is just around the corner on Broadway for Best Original Home Made Italian Pizza also.

We had an enjoyable stay at the home in late August . My son graduated from BMT at Lackland. The home is a great location for the base and airport and downtown area. Rose and Pruny were very helpful. We were a little disappointed about the pool not being available and with teens that wanted to swim it was a little bit of a problem. If we were told a head of time about people using the pool then maybe it wouldn't of been a big deal. Other than that we had a great time visiting San Antonio and the house was beautiful and fit all of our needs. Thanks again

This house was very spacious. Would definitely recommend for anyone with teenagers. 3 double bedrooms, 2 with TV's, a lounge, dining area and chill out room. Everyone had space to chill out either by themselves or as a family. Owners were there to greet us, had loads of advice and very helpful. The property was a described accurately and very clean. Lots of items included, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and condiments. San Antonio has all you need in a vacation, history, shops, water parks, Sea World. The house is located centrally to all these things and a great base. Purple Garlic, great pizza and pasta just 10 mins from property. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. With my daughter getting married in San Antonio, I was looking for a home near the venue in which family could stay while attending the event. This home was perfect as it was very near University of the Incarnate Word. Plenty of spacious room for gathering together was available as well as private areas for those wanting some quiet time alone. This home provided a very relaxing atmosphere during a hectic few days. The owners were extremely polite and helpful and provided useful information about the area. This property is everything as described in the listing and more. I encourage anyone looking for a pleasant alternative to a hotel room to consider choosing this home for your stay. I give this property my highest recommendations. My thanks to the owners for providing a wonderful property to compliment our very memorable event.

Three generations of my family gathered in San Antonio to celebrate my son's college graduation and his 21st birthday. We stayed in this lovely home and it was everything and more that it is advertised to be. The layout of the public and private rooms fit our needs perfectly. It was great to take a dip in the pool after a long day of seeing the sights and shopping. There's a nice patio and bar-b-que area. It's near a shopping center with grocery stores and Walgreens. Close to musuems, parks, zoo, the Alamo, and Riverwalk. Great kitchen. Wonderful den area for younger set. Washer and dryer came in handy, and with 4 TV's, no one had to fight over the remote. The owners are friendly and available if needed, but never intrusive. We've rented vacation homes before -- some newer, some bigger -- but none with the character and the "at home" feeling that this lovely home provides. It is our favorite hands down, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the San Antonio area.

Terrific San Antonio rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a great back yard if you have kids. There are 3 very nice bedrooms and a sofa bed in a wonderful room that is perfect for the kids. My grandson loved the sofa bed and "his own" tv! It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and have our coffee and listen to the birds chirping. So much nicer than a motel. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a Central Market close by. The house is centrally located and we visited the River Walk, Six Flags,and Sea World without any problem finding our way around. I'd highly recommend this rental and would definitely go back if I was staying in SA again.

We rented this house so that we could have a vacation with our 2 adult children and their spouses as we currently live in various parts of the USA. We wanted to see San Antonio, but still be able to "hang out" together and this house worked out very well. There was more than enough living area, a very nice kitchen that was well equipped, 2 very nice bathrooms (plenty of towels!), 3 comfortable bedrooms and a great outdoor space. We could walk a few blocks to a wonderful grocery store and other businesses. We were about 10 minutes from the airport (by car) and about 10 minutes from the downtown area and the Riverwalk, which we truly enjoyed exploring! Our kids like to get out for a morning run and found the area to be very safe as well as scenic, plus they found a great park to run in (behind Witte Museum on Broadway). One evening we enjoyed a very authentic and delicious Italian meal at Tre Trattoria (again on Broadway--a few minutes from the house by car). The owner was very helpful and communicated with us so that we had all the information that we needed before arriving. We had a wonderful time in a great city and this house (plus beautiful weather) made this a very memorable experience! We could not have been more pleased with the services that we received compared to the money that we spent.

For being first timers renting, we were a bit afraid of what to expect, specially by being from another country, but even since the first contact when we started making all the arrangements with the owner, a lot of professionalism and quick reply to every email made us feel very comfortable. The house was remarkably clean and very well equipped, the attention to every detail was what made the difference of our stay. We felt 100% in the comfort like it was our own house, we were really at home... away Thank you for your Hospitality and for the warmth of the house, we had one of the most excellents new year's welcome.

This home was as great as advertised. It had lots of space for our entire family and even an area for the small kids to call their own. Along with the 3 bedrooms there are two sofa beds that provide extra sleeping areas if necessary. The kitchen had all of the necessities to make you feel right at home. The backyard patio, BBQ grill, and swimming pool (next door) were just the thing we needed to wrap up our exciting weekend. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this home for anyone.

This was our first family gathering & with 3 families meeting at this home to visit the riverwalk & seaworld, it was just perfect. Everyone said "we would love to live here", and it was a great home. It was clean & had all the amenities we needed. The pool was a great hit. The deck was perfect for groups to sit around in the evenings. It was easy to travel to our destinations. Most of our family doesn't take regular vacations, and trip made everyone converts. They are already talking about next years get together. We had 3 couples and 4 children and the accomadations were great for everyone. I would highly recommend this home.

We recently stayed at this wonderful home in San Antonio. It is located just ten minutes from downtown and the airport. The zoo and a childern's museum are about five minutes away. The house was perfect for our party. Everyone had plenty of room. The owners were very gracious hostesses and it was a pleasure to rent from them. If you are thinking about visiting San Antonio I highly recommend renting this house!

We recently stayed here with our 3 kids plus an additional guest and it was wonderful. Plenty of space to spread out. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail is obvious from the comfortable beds and nice towels to the high end appliances and everything in between. The pool is great and the location was perfect. Convention center in about 10 mins or less. Lots of shopping and entertainment close by. The zoo, park and Witte Museum are just down the street. I would definitely stay here again if we are in San Antonio.
