UNIQUE DEER VALLEY HOME
This Nansen Court home is located in the Snow Park area of lower Deer Valley. This five-bedroom/four-bath home offers views of of the Olympic mogul run at Deer Valley Resort and the peaks of Park City Mountain Resort. Only 5 mins from Main Street in Park City and a 3 block walk from the free bus system serving the entire valley, the home is decorated with a contemporary, eclectic flavor that is unique in Park City.
Many amenities make this home special: private hot tub, sauna, steam shower, home gym, bar, gas barbecue grill, two gas & 1 wood fireplaces, washer/dryer, boot dryer, & CD players and cable TV/VCRs in each bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and knotty alder cabinets. Chefs will appreciate the upscale stainless kitchen appliances and amenities.
At 4,250 square feet, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. In the master bedroom guests find a grand fireplace and spacious sitting area.
The lower level living room/media room/bar downstairs features a full wet bar covered in granite, a surround sound system with Multi-disc CD, DVD, VHS, and cable that can be piped to the kitchen, sauna, and hot tub areas.
With patio heaters on both the deck off the kitchen/dining room, and the deck off the lower level living room, guests can enjoy being outside year-round. The 8-person hot tub sits on the deck off the lower living room and has unobstructed views of the Deer Valley slopes. Awesome hiking/snowshoeing/riding trails are right outside the back door.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It's 1 minute to Deer Valley base, 5 minutes to Park City base and 10 minutes to the Canyons. And there is so much to do in the Winter and the Summer including fabulous snowshoeing and hiking trails right out our backdoor. Park City is a brilliant town.
