Great location for all winter sports and activities. House is 2 miles from shopping outlets. Awesome summer sports activities including Story Land, canoeing, mountain climbing, swimming, biking, water slides, mini-golf or just relaxing. Conway Village offers a wide variety of delicious restaurants and night life.
Open and inviting 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom vacation home available year round. Outdoor year round Jacuzzi with large game room. This house will comfortably sleep 14. House provides pack n play, high chair.
Lower level has large family room with television, wood burning stove, dart board, pool table, foos balls table, stereo, playstation 2. 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and queen size futon, the other bedroom has twin bunkbeds each bedroom with cable TV, full bathroom, small kitchen area with bar opening to a back yard with sitting area, large back yard that opens to conservation land.
1st level has giant open family room with gas stove with mantle, large sectional sofa, over-sized chaise lounge, large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, stereo, dining area, complete kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine,fridge/freezer) with breakfast nook with sliding glass doors to deck for and relaxing in the 8 person Jacuzzi. Deck has with large gas grill w/meat smoker and patio set.
2nd level has 3 queen size bedrooms with doors leading to balcony, each with their own televisions and 1 full bathroom and 1 private master suite bathroom. All three bedrooms each have queen beds with one room that has a trundle that opens up to 2 twins as well.
We also provide a pack n play and a high chair.

My friends and I have been going on an annual winter trip for the last 7 years. We have been to this house for the last two years and couldn't not ask for a better house. Most of us ski, but for those who don't there is a lot to do around the area. The hot tub is great after a day of skiing of riding, and the house is very spacious. Good for large families, and groups of friends. We will seriously consider renting this home again next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for our group! Plenty of bathrooms and beds to accomadate 12 adults. Plenty of parking spaces as well! The hot tub was a nice touch as well as the outdoor deck to hang out on. Close to north conway town center, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the outlets. Myself and a crew of 14 guys rented this house over a weekend in March, and we were very impressed. Plenty of room for everyone, the rooms were nicely appointed, and there was plenty for everyone to do with the pool table, dart board, hot tub, TVs, etc. The house is in a great location at the end of a dead end, so you have privacy off of the back deck. We had 3 families staying in this home over February school vacation week. The house was spotless upon arrival with the gas fireplace burning brightly. The kids loved the hot tub, pool table, fooze ball and giant slot machine, all located in the lower level. It was great to have a place for them to go.. (It was our vacation too!) Kitchen was well equipped, we made a turkey, used the grill, griddle was great for pancakes and grilled cheeses. Owners were accommodating and let us in early on Saturday. So close to Cranmore that it was easy to pick up and drop off when needed. House is centrally located to lots of restaurants, shopping and lots of great mountains! My friends and I just rented this house the weekend of St. Patrick's Day and everything about it was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived and the owners were very prompt in addressing a very minor issue we had with the heat at first. The hottub was easily the best part of the house especially after a day of skiing. You can see the trails of Cranmore Mountain being groomed from the back deck and the basement was a great place to hang out at night and play pool and foosball. We recently stayed at this property with 3 families - all with children ranging from 1 yr to 9 yrs. The property is very spacious and is very close to town and Cranmore allowing us easy access to the mountain, shops, indoor water park, etc. The owners were very responsive to our needs and kept in close contact with us throughout the rental process leading up to our stay. A group of 14 friends and family gathered in NH for a weekend of fun and games. Sadly, the weather was uncooperative with our skiing plans, but fortunately the house itself more than made up for it. The pool table and foosball table were a ton of fun. The kitchen is well equipped to make large meals. The fireplace was wonderful to sit next to. The rooms were all comfortable. And the hot tub was fantastic. Would absolutely come again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I spent 3 nights up at this home in North Conway over New Years. It was a group of 16 friends, and we all had an amazing time. The location and house couldn't have been more perfect. It had everything we were looking for during our new years stay. We could see the mountains when sitting in the hot tub, which was perfect after a day of skiing. The house is right around the corner from Mount Cranmore, and a short drive to shopping outlets, restaurants, and movie theater. North Conway is one of our favorite places to visit. This rental was a perfect location to access Cranmore Mountain and all the festivities offered in downtown North Conway. The house was very clean and spacious . Our three boys loved the " man cave" in the lower level. The pool table and dart board were among the favorite amenities of this house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a large Thanksgiving meal. Another bonus was the cozy family room with a wood stove. The couch and chaise was large enough to accommodate all of our guests. The open concept on the main level was perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family. The hot tub was also a very nice touch to this rental. Nothing like warming your bones as snow is falling from the sky! The owners were very helpful and accommodating with answering questions and making our stay enjoyable. I rented this house for a family get together centered some winter sports and a visit to santa's village for the many little ones in the family... well, there was no snow so the mountains were closed and it poured the day we had scheduled the visit to santa's village... NO WORRIES, this house provided 5 families with plenty of space to relax, enough activies and space to keep the children and adults entertained, and the location was ideal for holiday shopping and sneaking away for a bite or a drink while the older cousins provided cover... everything was great! We did have a minor issue with the heating system when we arrived (technical, not broken), but importantly, Andrea-- the owner-was incredibly responsive and the issue was taken care of in the time it took my family to go out for dinner. i do recommend this place, but please don't chose the weekends i'd like for my family:-) jjfDid you find this review helpful? About the owner: Our family has been coming to the Mount Washington Valley area since 1997. We are from Winthrop, Massachusetts and used this house on weekends, holidays and school vacations. My son is now in college so we do not have the time to come up like we used to. We are skiiers and snowmobilers. My son was really into snowboarding. He was on Cranmore's traveling team back in 2004. We purchased this four season home because of its close location to Cranmore Mountain, the snow mobile trails, Saco River and Conway Village. We have had many family gatherings up here on holidays, weekends and school vacations. Our entire family loved coming up here. We enjoyed having them. I truly believe that our house has one of the best locations in the Mount Washington Valley. We are located in close proximity to three ski resorts (3 minutes from Cranmore, 15 minutes from Attitash and 25 minutes from Shawneed Peak)for snowboarding, skiing, and tubing. You can cross country ski right across the street from our house at Whitaker Woods. We are five minutes from shopping downtown and the outlets. Down the road from the Saco River where you can go white water and site seeing. Relax at our house. We have a game room, jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit. We love our house, take care of the property. We would still be coming up here each weekend but all of the 'children' are older now and do their own thing. I hope that our renters share in the awesome times that we had at this house. We certainly miss coming up. Enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose North Conway:
The area is truly beautiful all year round. As stated the location is so close to all of the attractions here. Even though we are close to the Cranmore Ski Resort and Conway Village, the house's location is on a private way so we found it to be very quiet. The house abuts conservation land so we have a beautiful view of the foliage from the back deck. In the past, we have seen black bears, deers and foxes walking through our back yard. The layout of the house is second to none as far as being roomy and cozy at the same time. There is so much room. Children love to go down to the lower level game room. It keeps them busy while the parents relax and enjoy each others company upstairs on the first level. After a long day of skiing or hiking, you can relax in our 8 person jacuzzi on our deck. There is so much to do up here and at the same time it is so relaxing. It's truly an awesome property.
