This was our first visit to the Cape and it will not be the last, I would definitely book to return to this villa and recommend it to everyone. The property was clean and very nicely decorated and it felt like being home from home. The area was quiet and peaceful and supermarkets and restaurants were in easy reach. The whole process of booking the holiday was easy and Melisa is very helpful. A great holiday was had by all.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was our third summer vacationing at this New Seabury Pool Villa. Each visit has been wonderful but this time we had wished we rented for more than one week. We arrived to find new carpeting and a sleek new ceiling fan in the master bedroom upstairs. Of course, the villa was clean and well-maintained. Although the villa has central air, the fan circulated the cool air nicely on the second floor. The owner, Melisa, was just as helpful and gracious as she's been during our prior visits. We took full advantage of the nearby restaurants - something for everyone. However, you may not want to leave the villa. Kicking back at the pool, with three sets of doors opening to the patio from the living area and downstairs bedroom, the crisp Cape air, a new book from the nearby bookstore and the beautiful hydrangea bushes providing colorful scenary, was bliss! Well worth the $$$!

What a great find, dealing with Melisa was easy, and she was always happy to help, and quick to respond to queries. The property was as described, and made a really relaxing week, after several days driving. There was a good beach (with lifeguard) nearby, and a couple of good supermarkets and restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beautiful Cape.

Our family of (5) stayed for 2 weeks with all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was accessible, property was clean and the owner was very responsive. The only negative was that because the property is directly across from the golf course every morning the maintence crew woke everyone. The heated pool was an added bonus for the kids. Owner provided lots of materials on area attractions, activities, markets etc. Overall we had a great vacation!
