These are just a few of the reasons why we love to spend time at our Beach Condo. We have wonderful memories of being there, having fun with family and friends.

- Air Conditioning: The condo has central air and heat.
- Washer: A full size washer and dryer are in the condo for the use of our guests.

- Off Street Parking: Parking is adjacent to the A Building, a 20 second walk from your parking space to the front door.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Additional space is provided for RV/Boat/Trailer parking.
- Wood Fireplace: The wood-burning fireplace will warm you up on a chilly evening.

- King Bed: The master bedroom, which is directly on the ocean, has a King Bed. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master and a balcony overlooking the beach and the Atlantic.
- Twin/Single Bed: The front guest bedroom is directly on the ocean with a balcony overlooking the beach and the Atlantic. It has twin beds. The rear guest bedroom has a trundle bed which sleeps two.

- Refrigerator: The refrigerator is a full size Kitchen Aide refrigerator with an icemaker.
- Dishwasher: The dishwasher is a full size Kitchen Aide dishwasher.
- Microwave: The microwave is a full size Kitchen Aide microwave oven.

Rental fee for weekly rentals is due in full 14 days prior to arrival date.
