The main house, which was built in 2007, has 3 bedroom (king, full, 2 twins), 2.5 bath with ocean views from nearly every window! The guest cottage, which is a classic Nantucket bungalow, has 2 bedrooms (queen, full) and one bath with wonderful ocean views too. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor; large Master Suite with a king bed and a luxurious private bath with soaking tub and shower. Step through the French door in the bathroom to the outside shower. One guest room has a full size bed with a private bath. There is also a French door with ocean views! The third bedroom has a day bed with ocean views as well. The open gourmet kitchen is on the second floor and is equipped with top of the line appliances; Wolf, Subzero. Off the kitchen is the dining area with ocean views of course and a French door to the large deck for alfresco dining. Spacious, open living area with large 42" flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The entire second floor has spectacular ocean or harbor views from every window. There are also two decks on the second floor with Kinglsey Bates teak furniture. All new tasteful coastal decor furnishings. The house is a stones throw from Madaket Beach! The surf will lull you to sleep each evening. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, but you may want to enjoy the natural air conditioning by opening the windows! The guest cottage is a charming 2 bedroom home. This classic Nantucket bungalow is located steps to Madaket Beach, one of the best beaches on the Island. There are water views from almost every window in the house. There are two bedrooms (Queen, Full) and one full bath (Shower) as well as an outside shower. The house is freshly painted and decorated and high quality linens are provided. There is a small breakfast area in the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a comfortable living room and at the front of the house is a sun porch which also has a dining area. Private deck on the back of the house also has a dining table and gas grill. The bike path and shuttle bus for the Island are very close to the house. Madaket is a quiet quaint village located approximately 7 miles from Nantucket Town. You can cast your reel at Smith’s Point for some of the best fishing. Miles and miles of quiet dirt roads are behind the house to enjoy a long peaceful walk or to train for your next marathon. Additional amenities include wireless high-speed internet, satellite radio, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler.
