Enjoy a relaxing week on the sandy shores of Rehoboth Beach - the 'Nation's Summer Capital' Where there IS something for everyone.
Nature enthusiasts enjoy biking, running, or hiking the new Breakwater Junction Trail from Rehoboth to Lewes. Cape Henlopen State Park and Gordan's Pond have breath-taking views and scenic trails. History and art buffs will enjoy touring Rehoboth's new museum, the Rehoboth Art League, Historic Lewes, or perhap a voyage on Delaware's Tall Ship Kalmar Nyckel. Families with young children may enjoy afternoons at our area's 4 water parks: Jungle Jim's, White Water Mountain, Killan's Pond, and REHOBOTH'S BEACH! Evenings, of course, are generally spent at Funland Amusements on the Boardwalk or shopping on Rehoboth Avenue. Loungin' Lizzard has a fun and unique selection of quality hammocks, Hawaiian shirts, Jewelry & Accessories, and Comfort Shoes by KEEN, Merrell, Rainbow, and Rafters. Sunsations and The Shirt Factory are your best bet for souvenirs and beach sundries. Visit Fisherman's Wharf in Lewes to charter a Fishing or Dolphin-Watching Cruise. Or, perhaps you would enjoy a 'Pirate Treasure Expedition' . . . dress as a pirate and climb onboard a pirate's ship, follow a treasure map into the Delaware Bay, hoist a real treasure chest out of the water, and defend the ship when it is attacked at sea.
We enjoy the area's beaches early in the morning or late afternoon when they are less crowded and the sun is not so strong. The Delaware Bay and Broadkill River are particularly nice to explore by kayak or Waverunner. Our children never tire from collecting shells and exploring new waterways and beaches.
Rehoboth is rapidly becoming more than just a summer vacation destination as people are discovering the less crowded yet seasonally pleasant shoulder months of September and May. Shoppers flock year round to the Tanger Outlet Center to enjoy tax-free shopping. Rehoboth's Chamber of Commerce and Rehoboth Beach Mainstreet have organized nationally acclaimed festivities such as the Sea Witch and Fiddler's Festival, Rehoboth Independent Film Festival, and Jazz Festival. Local restaurants cater to any palette ranging from award winning gourmet to more affordable family-style.
Our condo has been tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home from a fully equipped kitchen and quality linens to the softest couch throw our daughters could find. If you should find that we have unintentionally omitted something, please call us. We live less than one mile away and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is pleasant.

We had a very pleasant stay at this rental. The condo building was very quite and clean. Inside the condo unit was clean, bright and very spacious. The beach and shopping was all within a few minutes drive. There is a scooter rental store just down the road which is nice if you don't want to drive a car for local sightseeing. The condo does have a deck to get fresh air but the view is just of the other surrounding condos. The owner called within the first few days of our stay to make sure everything was good. I would stay again if I returned to the area for vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This property was in very good condition. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gwen who gave us a quick tour of the condo and the keys.It was a lot more spacious than the pictures on this site make it seem. I enjoyed spending a weekend in June, 2009 at this location & will definitely be back! The beach was only a 2 or 3 minute drive. We didn't use the kitchen but it was very spacious, everything was in stock. The Condo was very clean! All 3 rooms had PLENTY of sunshine coming through the windows. Both bathrooms were very well maintained and everything was spotless. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and a door leading to the outside screened patio/deck overlooking a small lake. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to rent near Rehoboth Beach!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1999
About the owner: Our family has enjoyed spending summers in Rehoboth Beach since 1946 when my grandparents purchased their summer cottage on 6th Street. While on summer break from college, I met my future husband, Jacob. Following my graduation, we married in 1991 and have call Rehoboth Beach home ever since. We own and operate 3 stores in Downtown Rehoboth Beach and have a couple rental properties. For 10 years we worked non-stop 5 months/year and traveled the remaining 7. Then, we chose to expand our family and now work non-stop year-round!! . . . . Actually, as any parent knows, it's all about setting your priorities and finding a balance. Our daughters have helped us do just this. Now, we make the time to once again enjoy this wonderful town where so many people love to spend their vacation. We make the time to enjoy each other. And what better place to do just this than a small hometown by sea, by the beautiful sea . . .
