This newly renovated condo is located in the heart of Surf City at the Surf Condo's. Unit 428 is a spacious condo perfect for your family. This condominium complex has its own convenient beach access and a wonderful community pool in the center of its layout. A lovely 1 bedroom condo located in the popular complex of "Surf Condos". Unit 428 has a direct view of the ocean and pool area. Surf Condos are located nearly a mile from "Downtown" Surf City.
Unit 428 is located on the second floor of the 400 building with a direct view of the ocean and pool. Quite possibly the most beautifully decorated Surf Condo unit, entering Surf 428 brings you into a world of deep coral colors and warm sunset portraits.
To your left as you enter is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, television, hardwoods and palm tree decor. This bedroom has access to one of 2 jack and jill type bathrooms with a shower/bath combo.
Continuing down the hallway there is a twin bunk bed set to the right that is perfect for children. The condo then opens into the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, pull up bar, dinette set and views of the ocean. The living room is set to the oceanside of the unit, has water views and provides access to the oceanside deck.
