The home itself is a larger 4 bedroom home with nice decorations and a huge master bath. The master bath/sunroom on the second level has a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the bay. The hot tub makes for a great relaxation place after a long day fishing, or on a cool summer night. The setup is ideal for 2 to 3 families, with 3 queens, 2 twins, and 2 bunk beds.
The canal is deep & wide for spectacular fishing and has been equipped with a brand new stadium fishing light.. so bring your boat and fishing rods.
Small pets, 10 - 15 lbs., OK with $200 refundable pet deposit.
