Located on the northern tip of the beautiful Monterey Bay, this oceanfront home overlooks the confluence of the Pacific Ocean and the San Lorenzo River. On East Cliff Drive between the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Seabright Beach, we are close to restaurants, entertainment, beaches, surfing, hiking, redwoods and more. We are conveniently located 40 minutes from the San Jose International Airport, 1 1/2 hours south of San Francisco, and 30 minutes North of Monterey/Carmel.

We can accommodate up to six people--perfect for families with children or couples traveling together. We offer clean and comfortable accommodations, off-street parking, an easy walk to beach, restaurants, amusement park, and arcade.

The master suite is furnished with a pillow top queen sized bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two extra long twin beds and a walk in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

We offer linens and bedding, Wireless Internet access, TV/DVD player. We have a supply of beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your use and enjoyment.

  • We just stayed at the Seabright apt. from June 29-July 6. Our 2 kids, ages 11 and 7 loved the view of the boardwalk and we all found the walk to both the beach and boardwalk very easy. The deck was awesome, and it was so nice to sit out on it and listen to the sea lions every morning. The beds and couch were all very comfortable and the large master bathroom was great. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Christine for a wonderful vacation!

  • Six girlfriends and I rented this apartment in Santa Cruz for a "teacher's retreat". It was the perfect place to bond as a group. We all sat on the balcony and watched the boardwalk, the beach, the sun. At night we would sit around the table and the long couch and enjoy the lights of the boardwalk. Saturday day we rode rides, Saturday night we walked one block down to the beach and had a bonfire (it was easy to join another group of people at one of the firepits). It was a very memorable experience. The apartment has a perfect layout to be together as a group, and such a perfect location. Two full baths, parking for two cars, the BBQ and kitchen were plenty for the group. I am telling all my friends about this hidden gem.

  • I love this place! It's clean, efficient, comfortable, with everything we needed. It's a five minute walk to just about everything--great restaurants, the Boardwalk, the wharf, the beach. The kids had a blast and my wife loved lying on the comfy couch reading her novels and gazing over the Pacific Ocean. We will definitely be back!

  • I love this place! It's cozy, very conveniently located. Our kids could walk over the railroad trestle to get to the Boardwalk in five minutes. We found the coolest breakfast place (Seabreeze Cafe) about another five minute walk. My wife loved just reading her novels on the comfy couch overlooking the Pacific. It's well organized, clean, efficient, with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

  • We just got back from a week in Santa Cruz and this place is awesome. The view is unbelievable and everything is within walking distance, which made our two teenagers happy. The beach, Boardwalk and market are just a few minutes away. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. I was surprised how much larger the place is in person. Especially the deck. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck listening to the waves and the sounds of the Boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and were wishing we could stay longer. I don't have to search the internet anymore for a place to stay in Santa Cruz. This is the place for us.
