A complete renovation of the home in 2008 means you get to enjoy brand new amenities throughout. The tasteful Western furnishings and decor blends perfectly with the window views of meadows dotted with horses and herds of visiting deer. A short walk through the hay meadow leads you to the crystal clear waters of the renowned Boulder River and a quarter mile of private river frontage to fish. Near the banks of the river are two small ponds, home to a bevy of wild birds and critters.
The house features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom has two queen beds. All bedding is new and deluxe. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the main living area. A large deck offers plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view, watch the wildlife or grill up the catch of the day on the provided charcoal barbecue.
