Hali'i Kai is one of the best little condominuium developments in all of Waikoloa if not the Kohala Coast and Unit 9H is by far the nicest and well appointed/furnished units that I have stayed at Hali'i Kai. I stay at Hali'i Kai almost exclusively as I travel here for work. From the furnishings to the little details, everything is 5 star. I love that it is a 1st floor unit and you can just walk out or sit on the lanai and enjoy a nice hot cup of Kona Coffee in the morning and view the ocean / golf course. You can easily see the whales playing in the ocean during season right from your lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need, love the large flat screen TV in the den as well as the Master. The master bath has a large soaking tub as well as a separate shower. I almost forgot the great beach club and pool right on the ocean with a small fitness pavillion, I would higly recommend this unit to anyone, you will absolutely love it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thanks for everything! The beds were so comfortable and the interior design and artwork is fantastic! We had friends staying in building #6 and building #10 and I can honestly say unit 9H is superior in every way. The wonderful lush grass off the lani and the view of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen and family room was awesome. We'd HIGHLY recommend this unit. We paid a premium for the ocean view and it is well worth it. We highly recommend 9H - 5 stars!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
