  We're repeat customers, stayed here for the month of February last year and again this year. The condo has every convenience you could need. It was spotless, and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is top-of-the-line, my favorite stove ever. They have huge flat-screen TVs, had re-upholstered living room furniture with elegant, easy-to-care-for leather. The master king bed is to die for. And the owners, Nihar and Minesh, were most responsive and helpful about the only question we had, with the DVD player. We loved the nearby walks along the beach, about a block away. The Dana Point Headlands trail was spectacular, about a 45-minute walk, mostly along the ocean, from the condo and back. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient, no more than 10 minutes from yoga, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, happy hour at Harpoon Henry's at Dana Point Harbor, not much longer to happy hour at the Fisherman's Wharf in San Clemente. We were delighted with the condo, and would certainly recommend it.

  The condo was a realy nice place to stay. It was clean and well maintained and reflected what was listed on the website and in the pictures. The owner was fast in answering questions and gave very good instructions on finding the place, keys etc. There was a nice book on restauarants and supermarkets etc in the area that made it easy to find your way around. Plenty of towels, kitchen cabinets well stocked, oven and microwave nice and clean. I would definietely recommend this to friends.

  The location of this rental was great. Across the street from a wonderful beach and right near the community pool. The walk down to the beach was a bit of a climb, but the waves were perfect for body boarding and for our older children to swim in. Located within a few minutes drive was another beach with milder waves. It was better for the little ones and was great for our beginning surfer. Our only complaints were first, the size of the condo. It says it fits six, but it is a tight squeeze. Just be aware if you are traveling with a larger family. Second, we had difficulty getting in touch with the owners prior to travel which made us a bit nervous. It all worked out in the end and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

  We had a great time in California and the condo was excellent! So close to the beach and the pool was great (even in November!). Restaurant recommendations were awesome. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  The condo was near the back of the complex, so nice and quiet. Plenty of clean towels and updated large shower. Good standard of furnishings and a lovely king bed in the master bedroom. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Although no shops/restaurants at your door step, it really was an easy 15min walk to Dana Point town and everything you needed if you didn't want to drive. An early morning walk to the beach was rewarded along the way by humming birds fighting for territory then pelicans diving for breakfast next to a couple of surfers. Ideal place for a quiet beach side retreat. With a great pool and spa tub in the complex. No a/c but as the unit was upstairs,leaving doors and windows open for a cross breeze wasn't an issue.

  The Condo is in a nice location, the condo has most all of what you need to make your stay enjoyable. The master bed was comfortable, but the second is a trundle bed that has a stored bed under that can be pulled out to make a king. Not all that comfortable for two adults, fine for younger kids. The kitchen was beautiful, although the couch and chair are in need of cleaning. We just threw a blanket over them and it was fine. Close to many adventures, we took a walk on our last day around the top of the point, wish we would have done so sooner. The beach is a little hike to get to unless you stay on the weekends or during the summer there is a tram that will bring you close to the beach.

  We - a german family with 3 kids (5, 9, 11) - spent 2 weeks in Oct 2011 at the Beach Condo. It was a perfect holiday home - very clean, very silent, full equiped, next to the pool area and just 10 min. walk to nice Monarch beach. We surely will do it again !

  We had a fantastic and relaxed stay this summer at this condo. It was all as it was supposed to be: the condo was clean and well-maintained, you can believe what you see on the photos (although the sliding doors ... - see previous reviews) and what is the most important point: the beach was quick and easy to access. The owner even provided for beach toys for our kids. The owner was also very responsive and it was a pleasure to deal with him. In particular if you are not used to living close to the Pacific Ocean: You will love this place - just because stepping out of the condo and watching the ocean in the mornings or evenings or any other time of the day is so unbelievably "mind appeasing".

  Wonderful location in a beautiful neighborhood! The pool and the beach were conveniently located. The beach was very clean and not too busy. The condo was also very clean and comfortable. There was a pleasant cross breeze when you opened the windows and door. However, we also noticed, as was noted by a previous reviewer, that the sliding doors were a bit hard to open. Overall, our family had a relaxing vacation -- we especially enjoyed the weather. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

  Condo was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do, it was clean,neat and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Property was well maintained but it does need some attention on the deck sliding doors that are hard to open and the grill was rusty. Owner is exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful with all our questions. Beach was beautiful and within walking distance. Pool was also centrally located and was a great option for the teenagers. One of our best vacations ever. Would love to come back again in the future.
