The 40 foot grand room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, entertainment center, wet bar, and French doors opening onto a wide deck. The kitchen shares the beautiful view and is well equipped. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and one also serves as an alternate game room. Layout is downstairs has 1 King w/private bath; 1 Queen w/hall and/or private bath; Upstairs has 1 Queen w/shared bath; 2 twins w/shared bath; 1 bunk (full down; twin up) w/private bath.

Seanest is my only vacation rental, so it has my full attention. It is well equipped down to an assortment of placemats and cloth napkins. All linens are furnished. I do request that rentors bring their own beach towels. In the storage room underneath the house are ample beach toys, floats, chairs, lounges, wave boards, and grills. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower.
