Family cottage located on Lake Erie in the private residential community of Sand Beach. Large beach and swimming area. Three quarters of an acre lot located directly behind the cottage that offers plenty of room to park, play volleyball, baseball, croquet, and other games. A fully equipped kitchen and a new Weber grill for cooking out.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. It sleeps 7. A crib is also available. One bedroom downstairs has air conditioning.
The second floor also has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths that sleeps 11. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. All linen and towels are provided.
Outside there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view. Beautiful views of West Sister Island, Put-in-Bay Island and Catawba. Eat dinner out or have a fire in the fire pit on the beach. Chairs can be taken to the water's edge. Build sand castles on the beach, walk on the beach or just lounge in the sun.
