The home is newly remodeled, and just completed extensive renovations. Recent upgrades include new living room furniture and fine art. The master suite offers a California King-size bed and a view of the resort's golf course and pool/jacuzzi.There is also a TV and DVD player in the master suite for your enjoyment It also has a large private bathroom and plenty of closet space in both the suite and bath. The master bath has just been beautifully re- tiled. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo giving you a nice sense of privacy. It has two twin beds and a view of the courtyard.
The kitchen is fully stocked with an adjoining breakfast bar for casual dining as well as a formal dining room. The living area offers cable TV including HBO. From the living room one has a view of the surrounding golf course and desert vistas. Enjoy a meal or maybe just read a book on our covered patio. The outdoor furniture is quite comfortable with new lush cushions for added comfort.

The resort pool and jacuzzi are located directly behind the condo for ultimate enjoyment. This is extremely convenient for the renter, as one does not cross a street or commute with cumbersome swim gear. We share common ground with the award-winning Marriott Ranchos Las Palmas Hotel and the resort grounds are immaculately maintained, so the golf course is impeccable if you would like to "play a round." We boast 27 holes golf course. There are also 25 tennis courts available at the clubhouse. As a renter, you are also entitled to a discount at the incredible spa at the adjoining Marriott. Our clubhouse also provides a restaurant, boutique, and golf shop. |
