Convenience store 1 block, restaurants and all other stores for your shopping needs are less then 5 min. away.

Wailea 12 min. Makenna 15 min. Lahaina 20min. drive.

Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit has wonderful Ocean Views and sleeps
from 2 to 4 guest very comfortable.

  • We had the pleasure of staying at Nani Kai Hale last week. It is a very clean and comfortable condo. Noise has always been a factor at other condos I rented in the past, not here! All you hear in the evening is the sound of the ocean and the breeze through the palm trees! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is visiting Maui. Also if you ask the owner she can direct you to a local rent a car place that will save you a bunch of money and hassle.

  • My family stayed in 303 in March 2009. The condo was fantastic, very clean and equipped with everything you would need for a great day at the beach with your kids. The computer was also another a great bonus. We had family staying in other units as well and all of us thought the building was well maintained and the beach within steps at the front the condo was exceptional. Not as crowded as other beachs around Maui but just as fantastic, great for long walks.

  • Our family selected this unit for our 2nd trip to maui. I was so very pleased when we arrived at the unit. It's location on the ocean is just wonderful. The unit was well stocked with everything our family needed including , puzzles games and even a powerful computer and plasma TV. What we enjoyed most about this condo is the kid safe beach which fronts this property. It is not crowded at all like some beaches here and the wave action was perfect for our daughter who is no longer apprehensive about the water. In the morning we went downstairs for a free brunch. Our evenings were spent at the complex bbq area which is right at the beach. So convenient. I would highly suggest this unit to anyone. It was very clean, well supplied, and the owner was just wonderful to work with when we booked. Any family interested in coming to maui on a budget should definetely contact our hostess. Thanks for making this a magical time for our family. We will definetely be back!

  • I had the time of my life in Kihei! The condo we stayed in was extremely clean and made us feel as if we were at our new home in Paradise. The price was more than reasonable for the ammenities that were offered. We truly felt as if we had reached Heaven's Pearly Gates. Aloha!

  • I stayed in the condo 4/4 to 4/18 it was great . The new resently painted , new floor , new LCD TV's were great . The beach was great very few people there ,felt like our own truely private paradice . The weather was great . I sat on the lanai every morning having my morning coffee , the view was truly breath taking . It was my first trip to Maui , it was great , I look forward to my next trip to Nani Kai Hale 303 .
