One bedroom two full bath unit with bonus bunk room, sleeps 6. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is a six-story gulf front and bay front condominium. On the gulf side, where we are located, you will be steps from the Gulf Coast’s famous white sandy beaches which include a 4 mile stretch of undeveloped beachfront-great for long walks at sunset or sunrise. Our third floor unit has wonderful views of the pool area and the gulf from the living room and private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a bunkroom with adjoining full bath. The bunkroom also has a small flat screen for the kids with a DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped, and should satisfy the most discerning cook. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. This unit is beautifully decorated and includes TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, and internet access. Sheets and towels are included.
Beach Service is included with your rental--2 chairs and an umbrella.
There is a large fully equipped exercise facility in the building for your use. There is a 5,000 square foot pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddy pool and large heated spa on the gulf side, plus miles of sugar white sand beaches. There are also BBQ grills and outside showers to name a few of the added amenities on the gulf side. A large waterfall pool, kiddy pool, lazy river pool, and 2 heated spas are available for your use on the bay side. This is accessed by an elevated walkway across Hwy 98 (Miracle Strip Pkwy).
