Owners, Jim & Diane live in a small Minnesota community north of Minneapolis and have been vacationing in the Phoenix area for several years. We look forward to taking a break from the long Minnesota winters as much as possible. We enjoy the warm sunshine filled visits to Arizonia and play as much golf has possible on those visits.
Why the Owner Chose Mission de los Arroyos
We liked the location near the 101, the clean and well maintained property and the quiet area in which it is located. It is just minutes to the grocery store to pick up that forgotten item for dinner. If you prefer to dine out there are several nearby places - within walking distance if you choose.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It is only 20 minutes to the airport to pick up visitors and only 5 minutes to the nearest golf course. Many more great courses are located within 15 minutes. The pool area is very near our front door and the parking is convenient.
