There is no better way than to watch the sunset from the balcony of your apartment or on the beach. Fall asleep in your bedroom with the sound of the ocean waves. Just walk out of your apartment and be on a very private beach. Eat fresh fish at the quiet fishing village of Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. Play golf at the Joyuda or the Aguadilla Golf Course. Go fishing, snorkeling, or go surfing at Rincon or Isabela (45 minutes drive). Visit the casinos at the nearby Holiday Inn or the Mayaguez Hilton in Mayaguez (10 minutes drive). Visit the phosphorescent bay on a moonless night in the nearby village of Lajas. Head to the mountains and visit the coffee plantations where you will also find the friendliest people on earth. Close to churches, hospitals, supermarkets and shopping malls. Decide to stay in your apartment and just relax on the beach or the pool (also has a children’s pool) or exercise in our small gym.
All this amenities and much more you can enjoy in a NEW fully equipped two bedroom and two bath apartment (sorry, no dishwasher). It accommodates four persons. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, one of them with a TV and DVD player. In the living room you also have a 40 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player. We have a variety of DVD’s and books that you can use during your stay. The living and bedrooms have air conditioning and electrical fans. We also have parking for two cars, an electrical transformer and a water cistern, therefore, always having electricity and water.
You have the option of renting only one room (for two persons), therefore, renting for less. Rentals are a minimum of seven nights. Guests have to follow the rules of the Condo. Other than the normal deposit, we also require a deposit for the electrical bill. The amount of the electrical bill used by the renter during their stay shall be deducted from this deposit and the rest shall be returned to the renter.
