This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1690 square foot condo is nicely decorated in a contemporary style. Enjoy views of the Marina del Rey yacht harbor and Pacific Ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is located on the 12th floor of a beautiful and modern high-rise built in 2006.

Balcony overlooks the pool and yacht harbor. Full kitchen with Studio Becker cabinetry and Bosch appliances. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and attached baths with marble/travertine showers and the master bath has a large separate bathtub. Three satellite plasma TV's, DVD and CD player, laundry room, nice on-site gym, and very short walk to restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, shopping mall, Starbuck's, etc. Jogging/bike paths adjacent to property. Beach is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Valet parking in the attached parking garage.

The property is located 15 minutes from LAX or Santa Monica airport(no freeway driving necessary), with Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills just minutes away.
