Our FIRST floor unit is located right on the beach. It’s a great place for doing nothing all day but soak up the sun and listen to the waves roll in. The Breakers is located directly across from popular Coligny Plaza with its many shops, restaurants and activities. In fact you don’t even need a car. You can get everywhere you need to go on foot and bicycle. We have an arrangement with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals for discounted weekly rentals.
The ocean is your view from the deck off the living room! The bright and airy living room has a table and 4 chairs, a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' Flat Screen TV, VCR/DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has new white bead board cabinets and elegant granite countertop, a full-size stove, refrigerator and dish washer. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and TV. An in-unit washer and dryer make it extra-convenient.
A private boardwalk (with shower station) provides easy access to the white sand beaches of Hilton Head Island. There are 13 miles of the most beautiful hard packed sand beaches where you can ride bikes, fly a kite or build a sand castle. Watch the sun rise and dolphins play from your balcony. Relax around one of the two oceanfront pools in the courtyard area. (Adult and toddler pools are heated March through May.) We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rental to obtain discounted pricing on weekly bicycle rentals.
If you want to wander off the beach, superb golf, tennis, miniature golf, spas, and water sports abound. Check out Harbour Town with its world famous light house and golf course. There are two outlet centers located three miles off the Island and Savannah is only an hour away with all of its history and exciting riverfront.
Towels and linens are provided for the master bedroom. If you are using the pull-out sofa you can either bring your own sheets or arrange with our local rental company to provide additional sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We have been to Hilton Head and stayed in Sea Pines a number of times. I must say this little unit had a great price, great view, great little kitchen and a comfortable bed. About the owner: My wife and I have had a real estate development business for 30 years. We vacationed on Hilton Head for many years and in recent years have bought several properties. We completely rehab and redecorate each property, doing much of the work ourselves. We try to make each unit one that we would like to stay in ourselves. Our guests seem to like our places, because we get many wonderful comments.
